Location is great. The hotel is very quiet & the staff is wonderful.

The sofas in the living room area are dirty. I have to bring my own king size sheet from home to sit on it. Also, there are baby roaches in the kitchen. I seen them every time I stay there. I think this will be my last trip to this hotel.

My room was very clean. People at the front desk like Margo were very helpful.

A few members of the front desk seemed a little bewildered on what to do for some of my requests. There didn’t seem to be anyone they could call to ask information.

The size of the 1 bedroom apartment that had a full kitchen without an oven but has microwave toaster stove

Very little dishes 1 glass 1 cup few pots. Stains on sofa cushion the pull-out sofa had a sheet all bundled up and when we shook it out a sock fell out and there were stains on it like it wasn't washed.

Room was big and clean, It came with a sleeper couch and a king size bed. Big fridge and sink. Stove to heat up food. The a/c was amazing. No weird smell

Really nice room with refrigerator, stove, dishes, microwave, couch, and comfortable beds. Decorative bathroom sink. very clean. Registration attendant was very friendly. Staff was very accommodating.

back door to parking area has no lock on it to return to the building. If closed, have to walk all the way around the building to the front entrance to get in. Some folks leaving sticks at the door to keep it open, which does not make it safe. Suggest putting in a new key lock.

Helpful Desk staff, Had a cart to put luggage on, Room close to front door so the walk was close, Handicapped parking right outside my room, Location and weather was beautiful, Hotel outside appearance was beautiful, Hotel was on a nice business parkway close to a main road, Professional setting, Room was small but nice, had a loveseat and seating in addition to a very comfortable bed, My daughter loved the pizza nearby, Bathroom was large and had a dressing area outside of it with a mirror and vanity, Room came with a kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. One could easily stay in this room for awhile. My daughter didn't want to leave. Maids were very helpful and gave me all the supplies I asked for. Outside area very nice and walkable if you wanted to go for a little stroll after work. This hotel was an excellent fit for my business trip that was around the corner only 5 minutes away.

I had to wait too long at times to get help, which was hard for me because I have bad back issues and pain.

The staff was knowledgeable very nice very professional and polite I highly recommend

The showers worked very well lots of pressure the beds were very very comfortable the refrigerator and freezer is perfect

I love that it’s dog friendly and that we could bring our dog. I just wish others that brought their dogs would clean up after their dogs. There was dog poop all over the grass area. If you don’t want to clean up after your dog then don’t travel or bring your dog places. The king suite had a full kitchen and spacious, which was nice since we stayed a whole week. I loved that our room (301) was right next to the stairs so I could enter and exit the hotel with my dog without disturbing other guests. Room 301 also had a nice view of the pool and you can almost see the ocean. The pool was nice to swim in after a day of activities! I also loved how close it was to the beach, outlet shopping, restaurants, field of flowers, Costco, and Legoland!

They advertise breakfast included, but there was no breakfast. The spa was empty and caution taped. Those were the 2 things I was most looking forward to since they were advertised on booking.com and neither were available. The pool side has a loud train and the other side is the highway. Thankfully the windows are double paned so the noise isn’t too bad.

Front desk girls were perfect!

I loved how close to the ocean it is and loved the kitchenette! Very spacious and very appreciative of the free parking!

I did not like the floor carpets were pretty dirty but the hallways did get cleaned during my stay but I did keep reminding myself that pets are allowed there.
