Everything was clean and free of bugs. Our bed was extremely comfortable. It was a true king size bed. Our shower was hot and the shower head felt wonderful. We were also allowed to have our pets with us and that made our stay perfect. We also really appreciated the late check out time at 11:00a.m. We had a wonderful stay and we appreciate the excellent service we received with your hotel.

There should be an area designated for owners to take their pets for exercise and restroom breaks. Also there was a problem with booking but booking.com handled it and the young lady at the hotel was very professional about it. There also need to be more vending machines.

The location, even with road construction going on in the area, it was still easy to access.The housekeeping lady(tall, wears glasses) was AWESOME in helping us.She was very polite and kind.She made sure our room was spotless.

I booked 2 nights and received a confirmation from my booking.com however when we checked in on Saturday evening, the desk clerk was scrolling on her phone and apparently only put it as 1 night? Or so I was told by the other desk clerk on Sunday when we returned from our outings to our room and couldn't get inside.We had to go back to the front desk to get the cards reactivated for our 2nd night.The beds were kind of uncomfortable (as we are older adults)

Like that it's right off I 75, lots of choices to eat gas station right there to fuel up. Was clean beds were comphy, kurig coffee maker, breakfast was good nice selection well lit parking lot and they take care to put the people that have pets in same area so they don't annoy other guests.

The price cost me 200 bucks for the night 144 for room and 20 dollars for ea pet so 40 dollars and taxes. Also did not like that u had to leave a 100 dollar deposit. I don't understand charging so high for pets when they don't clean the rooms any different than regular. Also no creamer of sugar in the rooms for your coffee had to go to front desk to ask. If you have a coffee maker in the room you should have the stuff to go with it. And I am not sure why you need to charge a deposit especially 100 dollars. Will probably not stay here again unless price goes down.

Our family was traveling for a local Cheer competition. We had many families from our team stay at this Hotel. The location was extremely convenient being that it was 3 minutes distance from the Arena the competition was held at. Breakfast has a great variety of Food choices, to Include sausage, eggs, biscuits with gravy, waffles, fresh fruits, and muffins. The room was spacious and up to date with fixtures and flat screen tv’s.

The floors in our room turned my families feet black instantly. The shower curtains are fabric therefore the water literally sprays thru the curtain causing the floor to be soaked when you get out. The entrance into the parking lot isn’t very safe for vehicles as there are multiple pot holes.

Rooms decorated nicely. Wife loved the shower. Pool area was nice and relaxing but didn’t have time to try it. Check in host was friendly and helpful.

The bed sheet was rough and scratchy, pillowy but top sheet was okay, Mattress felt a little worn out. I let front desk know on check out and said he’ll have them changed.

Just a quick one night stop with family. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Front desk and check quick and friendly. Breakfast was decent for the small area they had. Standard powdered scrambled eggs. Sausage was tasty with a bit of spice. Oatmeal and cereal. Bagels. Toast. Fruit. Juice. Wafflemaker. Would stay again. Bathroom clean.

I walked barefoot on the hardwood floors. Realized how dirty floors were when I stepped in shower and saw a lot of dirt running down the drain. Would advise to wear socks or slippers. More towels and washcloths needed.

The location was great. The room was clean and pretty good size. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal and bagels. We would definitely stay again but next time we will bring our own pillows.

The pillows are terrible!! It's seriously time to replace them with some decent pillows.

It was easy to get to right off of I75. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. We stayed in a king bed and it was very comfortable!! It was quiet—our next door neighbors had a dog and we couldn’t hear it when it whined or barked until we stepped outside. We will stay there again!

Nice room. We were only in town 1 night on our way to Gatlinburg and stayed here to go to a monster truck show down the street. Great location with a few restaurants nearby. Very clean.

Towel bar kept falling down by sink. Drain stopped wouldn’t stay up so bath tub filled with water during my shower. The next door neighbors talked outside and woke us up a few times.
