the breakfast included everything I wanted, and much better than most places in US. Several egg dishes, fresh fruit yogurt and home made granola. My room was large and clean, comfortable beds.

The location was a bit off. Quite slow free wifi, always expect the wifi to be free of charge/included, in this hotel you needed to pay for faster wifi.

I cannot complement and thank the staff enough they were kind and accommodating the entire trip. I ended up hurting my ankle right before we got to the hotel and they assisted us with our luggage and took initiative and just were wonderful throughout the entire stay definitely made for a great trip!

I very much love the spa. I thought Cassandra was outstanding giving me a massage. The breakfast buffet was great and the customer service was outstanding particularly Morgan

That the breakfast buffet wasn't always every day

Our room was nice and comfortable (and big!) We got take out from Breckenridge Brewery downstairs and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I was impressed with the fitness center and early morning coffee shop as well.

Loved the property. Very clean and the staff was awesome.

When I booked the room, on the description of the room it stated it had a microwave and kitchenette. That was actually false. None of the rooms have this.

Air conditioner wasn't functioning properly, but resolved by engineering staff. Electric outlets need work as chargers easily came off the outlet.

I enjoyed staying at Hilton Inverness so much, great location and so beautiful lakes. It was so relaxing and the breakfast was so good. The room was clean and very good size.

I didn't like Not to have the fresh omlete at breakfast in the second day of my stay, I stayed only 2 nights and the Omlete guy was available only one day of them. Also my reservation included the breakfast however I was charged the breakfast fee, but when I addressed that issue to the receptionist, he refunded me the breakfast charge.

The room was so comfortable & the grounds/ properly was beautiful! I loved sitting outside with my morning coffee, on the patio near the pond. We used the indoor pool & hot tub & enjoyed it very much. We love that the hot tub was open so late & so early; we got in the hot tub before breakfast too!

Even during cooler months it’s nice to lay out by the pool and get some sun. I wish Outdoor pool could be open earlier than May 27, especially for the outdoor hot tub.

The property itself was beautiful. Everything was clean and new feeling.

It was a bit out-of-the-way for me, and the traffic was pretty awful to get there and I thought it was a bit pricey

Sheets were a little worn. They used a top sheet for the bottom sheet so it kept pulling up during the night. A/C wasn't great. Had to put it down to 63 to get the room comfortable.
