The facility was very nice. Easy access from I70. Near a lovely river park. Bed comfy with assortment of pillows.

I did not like the nickel and diming. I was shocked to find a $12 parking fee and $10.95 for breakfast buffet. The room rate was substantial enough. Just charge a higher rate instead of all the assorted fees. Honestly, I won't stay here again because it feels like deception. Park across the street for free. Additionally, make sure to bring your USB charger because there are no USB ports in the room.

Room was nice and clean, organized and had plenty of space! Front desk was super friendly and housekeeping was super helpful! breakfast was yummy and had just about everything you could eat at a 2-3 star hotel!

Toilet got clogged a good couple of times, wasnt really happy and didnt want to change rooms, Not really much needs to be changed, everything was how a 2-3 star hotel should be, maybe bigger TV's but nothing else!

Convenient location for us on our travels. Large, spacious room with adequate facilities. Good shower, nice staff and good parking. Not sure if we have been charged for parking as the reception chap did not say. Did not use the pool but it looked good. We just needed somewhere to stop after visiting Glenwood Springs on our way to Ridgway. Worked perfectly well.

Great location off freeway. Beds are a bit hard, but for one night, it was fine.

They charge an extra $12 for parking to make up for the booking by a 3rd party, and the dog fee is $40+taxes!! The staff was great and didn't charge because it was an emotional support dog. They have a bar area where they serve food and drinks. $13.95 for a frozen pre-made burger. We walked over to Shoomys for a great burger and fries for $8.99.

As always I'm taken good care of due to my disability they have always provided us with ground level room and no charge for my service dog. The rooms are so clean and comfortable.

A room adjacent to us had a dog that must have been left alone because it barked and barked. If people take their dogs on a trip they should Not leave them alone!! New surroundings and new noises scare dogs!

Parking fee of$12 is a joke. I’m sure there’s a reason why they don’t add it to the rate, since the only way to get there is by car. It should maybe be more prominent on their website so guests aren’t surprised. We have stayed there before so are aware of the fee.

They charge for breakfast when they have buffet I guess, we did get breakfast at no charge but it was not breakfast buffet. It was good though except for the security looking at us all the time, a little uncomfortable to be honest. And they did not have coffee in the breakfast room! Overall it is a good Hotel loved the western decoration! I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Cyclist friendly (maybe message ahead of time)! Kindly arranged a big room that could easily fit my bike too. Impressed by kettle/microwave and air con. in room. Member of staff kindly got my a disposable bowel and spoon from kitchen on request.

Check-in took a long time (20mins+) as had to exchange quite a bit of information.

Pleasant surprise! Everything we were looking for in one place. Restaurant was a nice plus! Staff was great! We will keep this place in mind for future travels!
