Very clean. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view of river and mountains from my room.

Only issue was the shower. The one shower door closet to the nozzle was locked into position and would not slide. That was the only side that had a grab bar too. So no useful grab bar inside or outside of shower. And to reach to turn the water on you had to step into the shower and get a blast of cold water then step out to let it warm up. No way to reach the nozzle while you’re outside of the shower.

The staff was so nice, especially Ceci in the mornings for the complementary breakfast, and Emma at the front desk. The general Manager was also very nice and professional.

Pet friendly. Breakfast. Excellent staff. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and odd numbered rooms look out on the Colorado River. A short river sidewalk is available. Convenient to the highway.

It was very convenient because family lives in Silt. The Breakfast was very good and the people who worked there were very nice. It's easy to find and the river runes behind it.

The carpet in the room was badly stained and it's not hard to see. They should have shampooed the carpet many guests ago. The Apple Juice was so deluded it was just water with a hint of apple.

They were very accommodating we had to get a room last minute and they didn't have a problem with that at all. The room was really clean. The bed was comfortable and they have 2 types of pillows firm and soft. Pool is open until ten and opens at 9. They have a great variety of breakfast idems. Wonderful view of the river out of our room

The balcony is the rooms to have we seen eagles every day foxes mule deer just a great room

Elevator really needs a lot of work the whole site needs to be painted new shower heads lots of clean up to be updated but first fix the elevator

We love the room with whirlpool and balcony. The pool and hot tub looked very clean!

Every time I book through Booking.com when I stay here, the front desk gives me a HARD time. We stay at least once a year. The customer service I receive because I book 3rd party is not very hospitable. Even though my confirmation specifically described what room I booked, the first staff member told me to "prove it" and the other cut me off and told me it didn't matter it was 3rd party. I still got the room I rightfully booked and paid for but the hassle is so uncalled for. I also had a housekeeper walk in to my room before 11am. We didn't hear her because we were on the balcony but it felt like they were rushing us out.

Bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice. Great location on and off the interstate. Breakfast was great.

Wish the desk chair and chair were more comfortable. Wish there were ice buckets so you could get ice along with plastic cups to use the ice. A little dated, the wallpaper was coming off the walls.k

Great location next to the river. Had breakfast with a beautiful view of the river.

The breakfast options were alright. No scrambled eggs just omelettes, orange/ Apple juice had a weird taste to it.

Ashley was awesome after another local hotel gave away our reserved room! We drove from Minnesota & had this trip planned for months, so were not happy with the other hotel. Ashley got me & my sister a great room with a beautiful view!
