When checking in charged us for original 2 day stay. We had informed us they didn't know we were only staying 1 night. Did change charge when I told them I had done it through booking.com. was informed should only deal directly with them. Charged a total of $344. When you reported to us $321. No complaints aboit room or stay. Breakfast was great.

It was in a great location. The parking was spacious. The pool was clean and the breakfast was great.

The heater was very loud as it turned on and off all night but to be fair it was 15° so we were glad to have it

The location was good-walkable to town and all activities within Glenwood Springs. The room size was great.

The mattress and pillows were old and uncomfortable and should be replaced.

The room was great both size-wise as well how wonderfully soft and comfortable the bed was. I liked that I could look out the window and see my car because I had 4 bikes locked on the back and wanted to be able to keep an eye on them. It was close enough to the downtown area that we were able to walk to dinner that night, which was an added bonus so we didn't have to try and find a place to park downtown. It was very quiet for being relatively close to the interstate.

I honestly can't say that there was anything that I didn't like. I guess the only thing was that we had booked a king size bed, but none of those rooms were ready when we arrived (we arrived about 45 minutes after the earliest check in time on the confirmation) so we took a double queen. Not that that was a problem, and I will chalk it up to staffing shortages, which I totally understand.

The hotel was super nice the rooms were super clean, the staff was amazing when we had an issue! Great customer service
