This is a great hotel hands down. Great price, great location, stellar views, great breakfast, beautiful decor, rooms so clean you can sleep on the floor ,friendly staff, reasonably priced snacks and souvenirs shop, city bus picks up feet from the hotel and it's free rides, surrounded by restaurants mid price, upscale, and your everyday fast food chains( Wendy, McDonalds, Culvers). Take a day trip to Aspen Snowmass located on and 1hr from hotel for $5 . The ride is so beautiful on the bus. Glenwood Avenue Park and Hot Springs very close you can see the people having fun from on the lifts from your room. The locals make you feel so welcomed and safe.

No complaints. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The location was great. 10 minutes across the bridge to downtown or, even better, the river walk that will take you there. The breakfast buffet was really good. Usually I'd skip an included breakfast and go across the street to Rosi's Little Bavarian (❤️) but it was too good with lots of options. The outdoor seating area was great but there are a lot of motorheads in that area. In terms of value the place was booked solid so, as they say, "Nothing with a waiting list is overpriced."

Staff were able to accommodate us to be able to extend our stay due to bad weather. Went above and beyond to let us stay in the same room. We had only booked one night but due to road closures had to stay an additional night. I called the front desk and asked to stay another night. Our room was already booked to someone else. So the staff called the party that had booked our room and was able to get permission to stay in the same room. We really appreciated the accommodation they made.

Elevator took quite a while to go up.

All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent location to the activities we had planned. Grandkids loved the options for breakfast. Rooms were very clean. I ask for additional pillows and towels and was assisted very fast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing that I would have changed was having a reclining chair in the room. I have back issues and have a very hard time laying in a bed. That would be the only change I would make, to offer rooms with some sort of reclining chair, etc. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel stay. As I said, the only change I would make was to offer rooms with reclining chairs for people having issues with laying in a bed.

Re King room, it was a little tight, especially near the desk area; another shelf in shower would be helpful; my key had to be re-set twice; parking fee is ridiculous (although manager waived it for me) - I'm staying there; where else would I park? There are some broken tiles around the property and a few things could be maintained better.

I used to stay at the Best Western across the street, but they have become overpriced and the quality of the rooms and service at La Quinta is far superior in every way and the bed was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. All the service from the reception desk to the housekeeping was extremely friendly.

There is not a lot of area for taking your dog out in the immediate hotel grounds, but I found that there are good places within a block of the hotel. There is a nice large grass area across the street and up a quarter block right in front of the Best Western!

The location of the hotel was pretty nice: not too far from the adventure park or the hot springs. It is also walkable distance from the Union station. The hotel isn't new, but has everything you need for a nice stay. The gym had the bare minimum, but this is rare too, so it exceeded my expectations. The pool is pretty nice. Facilities were a bit old but did their job. The views of Colorado mountains are there even if they also include a highway and a parking :-)

The breakfast could be better, but it wasn't too bad. The noise cancellation isn't that good and there was odour in the hallway sometimes.

Check in was easy! The staff was very friendly! The hotel room was clean and Very Spacious - we brought a husky and had more than enough space to set up his room, food and water bowl and still had space to walk around! The breakfast was delicious and the staff continued to bring out fresh food and coffee throughout the morning - Nothing ran out for long. The bed was incredibly comfy and it was close to everything! Will definitely be coming back.

Great. As good as Marriott Fairfield Inn.

My wife contended that the facilities’ up keep was not sufficiently maintained (carpets, painting quality). She thought cleanliness left something to be desired (stairs were not adequately or regularly cleaned). I was satisfied. She was not. Value was good, but doubled the second day, which was almost as high as some of the best places in town. On the other hand, I did not make a reservation very far in advance.

We have stayed at several LaQinta's and this one was one of the nicest. The lobby is very nice and had a comfortable seating area with fireplace. The breakfast room is large and clean. Breakfast options included several egg options (none were watery) green chili, chips as well as a large variety of non meat options. Room was larger than we expected and had a full couch. The free parking was roomy and right at the hotel. We did not have a pet along this time but got to see some dogs :)

Music in the labby was a bit loud for checking in. Hard to talk to receptionist.
