Breakfast was good, coffee was hot and plentiful. Room was good and bed was comfortable. Check-in was excellent and so was check out. We had a pet and could easily walk outside the hotel with plenty of pet friendly areas. We would stay here again.

I didn't like the fact the sink is outside of the bathroom. There should be a small sink in the backroom to wash your hands.

Breakfast was good, staff helpful and friendly.

Iron mount was too close to the closet ceiling to get it out easily. I got it out but it looked like others had had trouble. Just a construction defect that showed not enough care was taken. A bit noisy before midnight.

Staff was friendly and the room was nice and they were pet friendly.

I don't like the pet fee's I fell I pay enough for the room I shouldn't have to pay extra for a pet. Also it would be nice if there was a fenced in area for dogs to go potty and run around to get zooms out.

Good sized quiet room, comfortable bed, facilities including coffee machine, with a fridge and modern bathroom. The hotel had a pool with spa bath which we enjoyed. The hotel location was close to the Colorado river.

Location Staff were polite and friendly

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed whilst we were there. Coffee available in the reception area was at times not warm enough.

Over all the property was nice and convenient to shops.

The bathroom was not good. Definitely needs some work on the tile and bathroom its self.

Good people, good location

It was offered on booking as a 2 bathroom room. Once we arrived it only had 1 bathroom. Was told they do not have a 2 bathroom room.

The garden area and landscaping can be improved, and it will be a beautiful property.

I liked the location of our stay. It was conveniente to go to places with having to drive .

Some of the bath towels were dirty. But overall our stay was a good experience.

Front desk staff seemed more interested in being on computer. Rudely spoke Spanish between themselves, in front of guests.
