Staff was friendly & knowledgable. Breakfast was nice.

Was woke up bya frieght train less than 100ft away from my window. No horn, but it shook the hell out of the room.

The staff was friendly, Very accommodating and Always around when needed. We checked in around 11 pm and there was still a nice gentleman waiting to help get us settled. Their breakfast was kept up throughout the entire time it was served - nothing was ever lacking or low for long. We reserved a king suite, there was plenty of seating; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled great; a good amount of outlets. The wifi was wonderful, the bed was so comfortable, the location and price were amazing! And of course, best of all they allow pets - Cats included! We will definitely be returning here soon!

There was no coffee pot in our King Suite. I wanted to make a cup of hot tea in the evening and couldn't do so. Also the parking lot filled up pretty quickly.

The breakfast was wonderful. The man running it kept the food stocked well. We also liked the pool and hot tub. Very relaxing. The room was very big and quiet. And there was a great view of the mountains.

When we are the two employees at the desk we're unable to help us and did not acknowledge us t all . When the receptionist arrived we were treated nice. The pool has 5 burnt out lights around the pool that should be looked at. It did not affect the water at all but they were noticable. Other than these minor things the hotel is great.

Hot tub was nice , pool being luke warm also wasn’t bad

-Beds where stiff -Premade pancake breakfast, should get the waffle makers a majority hotel has them just have waffle mix I think is premade in pouch (since it’s out of a dispenser) where you fill up cup -Room smelt like weed right as we walked in -Air conditioner takes a while to get the room cold but over time was fine

The front desk gentleman was outstanding!!! I travel extensively and he is one of the best front desk staff that I have encountered in a long time. His professionalism and friendly helpful demeanor was excellent and a real credit to your company!!!

The front desk workers are super nice! The continental breakfast had a pretty good amount of variety, and the staff went out of their way to keep it well-stocked even when a truck delivery didn't arrive for them. It was nice to have access to a pool and hot tub as well. Conveniently located near highway, yet quiet and calm overall. Simple room with great rates!

The room was not very well insulated from hallway noise.

Beds were very comfortable, room clean. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We arrived early, and the front desk allowed us to leave luggage while we went out to eat as we were traveling by motorcycle. Great value! Best breakfast! We have been traveling, staying at more expensive places, this breakfast was the best!

Pool and common areas are a bit dilapidated and full of spider webs

The space under the doors are large enough for A MOUSE TO COME INTO MY ROOM. I woke up early and was having a cup of coffee and a mouse ran into my room from under the door when it was shut. I spent 10 minutes getting it out from under the couch and back into the hallway. after wards I put a towel down in the crack to keep it from getting back in. You need to do something about this problem. I was on the ground floor and people were going back and forth quite a bit with dogs in the rooms. I did find some dog food under the couch in my room which it might have been going for.

The location was perfect for my needs. I had a trail run the next morning that was 30 minutes away. The room was large and clean. I was on the 2nd floor and the noise level was minimal, even with a family of 7 next door.

That they could make an exception and let you check in early, especially since it would have only been 30 minutes. But instead there was an additional fee if I did that. So I didn't. I merely occupied my time with something else. The staff was great (in person). The drawback is that there is a kiosk that asks you to check in or out via. And the computer cuts out and the sound is so low that it's hard to understand what the person is asking you. Definitely not a fan of checking in or out in that manner. What happened to human being customer service?!?

We liked everything you had to offer including the beautiful view out our window( the river view we requested.). Highly recommending this hotel to family and friends. The staff was great, greeted with a smile which goes a long way with customers.It makes us feel welcome and excited to stay when staff treats us with such good customer service. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again.
