The hotel itself is in a prime spot. Far enough away from town to be quiet, close enough to all the attractions you want to see in town as a tourist. The pool, hot tub, and workout center were always clean. The room was spacious and well-furnished especially for a solo traveller myself (I got a king room, and it included a couch with an ottoman, desk with roll-out detachment, and a TV that pivoted out and towards the bed). The bathroom was also spacious and modern. Room also featured an easy set and forget thermostat instead of a clunky AC unit in the wall. The lobby also had a very nice common space too.

I was surprised to see my room didn't have a microwave. It seems like a petty complaint but every cheaper and more expensive hotel I've been to has a microwave even if its just for popcorn or reheating some leftovers. The on-site cafe left a lot to be desired and was only open sporadically, but luckily good eats were very close to the location. A really, really petty complaint is that it was box-elder-bug season and they of course found a way into the room so I had to smack a few. But that's pretty much unavoidable in the West!

The front desk staff was SO helpful and kind. She even lent me an ice scraper for the windshield as our rental didn't have one inside! The bed was so comfortable, the parking was easy, and the bathroom was incredibly clean. Also, the desk that was in the room provided some much-needed space for a morning zoom meeting. Thank you for everything y'all do!

We did not go for the breakfast as 25$ seemed very steep. Also, the coffee maker in the room was kind of weird- I ran just a hot-water cycle for tea and there were weird floaties in the liquid ;/

Very pleasant welcome and very helpful staff. Everything we needed for a one night stay. Glenwood Springs has nice places to eat or get a cooffee or a drink. It's a short 7 minute drive and parking was fairly easy.

What did I think of the breakfast??? There WAS NO breakfast!(( That is one of the things I did not like about it. There was not breakfast supplied. The staff was super helpful and professional, friendly. I have stayed at the Residence Inn also, and the staff at Courtyard is MUCH better.

The bistro was not open the night we were there, not really a down side. But after a long day of travel I really just wanted some food and drink you know

Old ac, very noisy. Bad coffee - they say they serve Starbucks, but I assume lady can’t do coffee well, cause no matter what type it is it’s tasteless and watery.

Close to downtown area & facilities.

You must pay for parking if your not a Marriott member. At $12 a day it could be expensive for a lengthy stay.

i loved everything this place is so new and in a great location it is awesome! it was so relaxing and i got in at 12 instead of 4 like i thought i was going to have to wait thank you for all the hard work it takes to have a wonderful hotel

The location. It was quiet and had nice views.

The toilets are much too low. They did not have a room with a higher toilet. We had to buy a toilet riser to use.
