The inn is situated close to the hot springs and is very accessible. Has ample of parking space. The room was clean and had running hot water. Breakfast was excellent with a plenty of options like cereals, bagels, fruits, toasts, cupcakes, muffins, yogurt and various beverages - coffee, hot chocolate, 3 fruit juices. The staff was very polite and receptive to requests. Even helpful at night. They called to make sure the heating was working and provided extra blankets due to severe weather conditions in winter. Also have a wide variety of pamphlets and magazines for various activities.

Our family has stayed here few times over the past several years and this was best experience there by far. I was very impressed with the updated rooms. Clean room, comfy beds, lots of fluffy pillows and good furnishings. Breakfast worked great for our family. Basic items and what we were expecting. Coffee was excellent since it's from an automated machine, which I usu dont get at hotels with free breakfast -so that was great to enjoy.

Wanted to use hot tub, but its not very warm. It seemed controls were locked and its limit temp was 90. Rooms could possibly use coat hooks/rack since they don't have a closet.

The rooms were clean. They had a designated smoking area and 24hr coffee. It was conveniently located to everything.

Breakfast was listed, but continental breakfast was served. The outside door was busted. Needs to be renovated and updated.

Bed was quite comfortable. Both bathroom and bedroom were clean and tidy. Although located downstairs in some sort of first floor/basement, the room was spacious and fully functional. It wasn't perfect, but it's what you pay for.

You can hear EVERYTHING, I mean every single thing staff say in the corridors or other guests in adjacent rooms. But then again, it is what you pay for.

The room was comfy and clean. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. My bad that I forgot her name.

Hubby and I were planning on hiking a 14neer the next morning so we had to sleep a little early. But we could hear people talking from the other rooms. They were loud. We didn't get to sleep until around 11 pm.

Beds were clean and reasonable

I was anticipating something other than carb loading for the next leg of my trip. Nothing fresh no fruit or even fresh waffles.

The price was great for Glenwood Springs in winter. The host at the front desk was helpful and exchanged our room when someone had smoked in our original room.

We were close to the front desk and there was this automated registration machine that was very loud and disturbing during the night.

Beautiful clean rooms, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. great location, 5 driving minutes from downtown. New owners (?) renovating the hotel and its definitely getting there

Breakfast fruit ran out every time. There is Donuts, muffins, cornflakes and fruit. as we are GF we are dependent on fruit which wasn't quite available.

The cleanliness, the quietness, and the friendliness of the staff. I wasn’t sure what to expect looking at the outside of the unassuming building, boy did this place surprise us. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Extended our stay for an additional day.

There was nothing to not like.

Spacious room, clean, simple but comfortable, very good beds. Staff was very professional, the microwave broke and they replaced it right away. Great location close to lovely attractions

Would be great to have a few hooks to hang towels and jackets
