Amazing service, but amazing, from the front desk, to the restaurant to the cleaning staff. Everybody was extremely kind, attentive, polite, nice. Best in class service honestly. Food was great as well. The hotel being new, it super clean. Also next to the road which in my case worked on my advantage since I had to wake up early to drive to Aspen for business. The gym was good as well. The lobby is very nice, worked a bit from there since it was so nice.

Being next to the road, it might be a little loud. That was not an issue for me honestly, but if this is an issue for someone, make sure to book a room that doesn't face the road and you should be good (it might cost a bit more probably).

Wish location was a bit closer to aspen

Beautiful lobby. Great restaurant. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of outlets for electronics. We had a view over the lake that was lovely. Dog friendly.

Rooms were narrow so tight to move across the room. Bathroom lighting not conducive to make-up for women. Room not serviced each day, and we had to ask for fresh towels and soap.

Road noise even through double glazing. We requested a room with no noises. The gym didn’t have a variety of different machines ( mostly treadmills ) The outdoor spa is NOT PRIVATE and overlooked by lots of balconies from guests rooms. Also these facilities are not attractive Only plastic environmental unfriendly disposable cups in the rooms for tea or coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel. Our double queen bed room had a window with a breathtaking view of the snow-covered mountains. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious with good variety. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience for the whole family.

I couldn't establish phone signal or internet in the lobby, may have been out of the range of Mint Mobile. But my colleague was fine using a different provider.

The hotel is very nice, feels upscale but at a reasonable price. It was mud season so I'm sure it gets more expensive during peak times. The only bummer was that the hot tub was more like a lukewarm tub. I don't know if the heat was accidentally turned off or what.

Great Contemporary design and well thought out room design ( for small square footage). Waitress ( Milagro?) in breakfast area was very upbeat and fruit bowl superb!

Charging $15 for parking was cheeky I thought. Unnecessary

Paid for a room with a balcony but the balcony overlooked construction and there were no chairs on the balcony so not sure how to enjoy the balcony at all.

When you walk in the atmosphere is WOW! Smells so good! From the young lady at the front desk so delightful. Crispy chicken sandwich in the restaurant. Yummy! Beds so comfortable. We will return!
