I liked the personal touches of the place: fresh lemon water and cookies at the front desk. Also, they had corn hole, giant jenga, and connect 4 outside. These made the stay more enjoyable. The continental breakfast was yummy and fresh. Also, the location was great! About 20 minutes from Glenwood Springs and 40 minutes from Maroon Bells in Aspen.

Convenient location, bed was comfortable, the front desk was great including Travis, Assistant GM. There were a few things wrong it was corrected immediately! Also, the breakfast was very good!! The women there worked hard to get all things good!

left a note about bedroom ceiling light not working. housecleaning would not have used light during day and probably didn't know it was out, used other lamps in the room so it wasn't a problem

We were so impressed with our rooms, location, beauty of the hotel, comfort and cleanliness. The staff were great…very accommodating. Very kind.

Just wish the pet fee wasn’t $40 a day… little steep but grateful this hotel is pet friendly!

All the staff we met were helpful and cheerful. The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming. The front desk provided refreshments and freshly baked cookies. Breakfast was good and so was the laundry facilities.

Clean and rooms large and comfortable. Staff very nice. It is a value considering the area where accommodations are so expensive.

Excellent location for heading to Aspen for skiing. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and the staff were very friendly. The pool and hot tub we the cleanest we have seen.

Location very close to highway exit was a plus. Breakfast included. Air conditioner worked well, comfortable bed, great pillows, well manicured lawn and flowers. Outside was beautiful. Other than a couple minor things it was the best hotel we stayed at on our 7 day travel

Front desk person lacked customer service qualities. When we asked where our room was, she just pointed while looking the opposite direction. Toilet had issues flushing, curtains do not close so the outside lights lit the room since we were on the front of the building. My puppy found a dental floss pick and a pretzel on the floor next to the bed.

Clean and comfortable, no noise. Breakfast was good. My wife missed not having an elevator because she just got a new knee

The receptionist (unfortunately I forgot her name probably because I was tired ) was really friendly and festive in her holiday outfit which I enjoy seeing. The room was clean and very spacious. I also enjoy a hotel with a bathtub which is becoming rare.

It would be great if it was pet friendly. The water in the tub was lukewarm. But besides that I had a nice stay.
