Friendly staff; the best breakfast service ever !

It could have only been the room I stayed in and I would let the manager know not place issues in this review, (mostly minor issues, maintenance related: decor, example: the bathroom vent was visible in the b-room, maybe it works, but it wasn’t easy to determine; regardless of minor inconvenience to guests, it could be a potential future maintenance / repair problem as lack of ventilation can lead to moisture problems that can grow into bigger problems). A couple other items , but not for public eyes. For the costs to stay, maybe some issues could be improved.

Breakfast was great good times in case u sleep in. Plenty of choices to pick from. Very nice staff making sure there enough for everyone

The pool could have been warmer it was freezing cold our kids couldn't even swim because it was so cold. No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. Also bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned bathroom sink leaks everywhere mad a huge mess. House keeper's where very disrespectful an do u speak a lick of English very rude house keeping staff. It's like they did as little as possible an called the rooms clean.

The breakfast was great and the area it is served in is spacious and welcoming. Parking and check in was super easy.

Just the message I got on the App the day before we came. It said that the CDC requires face coverings for employees and guests. I replied saying we will NOT be wearing face coverings. I realize this was an "auto" message but it needs to be updated. It has been proven that masks do not work to prevent transmission of a respiratory virus. Also, the trauma and fear caused by the 2020 "pandemic" and beyond is still evident in people's mental health. I suggest you remove this from your auto send emails and any messaging going forward. Thank you

The location was perfect for what I was in rifle for at the hospital. The breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

The first room they gave me had a wet carpet from cleaning earlier. I feel like that should have been on a list to not give out…..they fixed it quickly and gave me another room. Also it was quite expensive for a hotel mid week in Rifle

Breakfast was great each morning, plenty of options and well stocked.

Front desk was friendly and helpful except you needed to ring a bell most times as no one at the desk unless called. It would have been nice to be informed of no housekeeping services unless requested at check in.

Location was great. Breakfast was average. Room was clean, but desk chair was broken and very dirty. When I reported it to the front desk, she asked if I broke it. Basically accused me. I assured her I hadn’t. I am 5’2” and 130. Pretty hard for me to break an office type chair. 😟

Very nice room, Receptionists were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food.

Bathroom sink hot water took a long time to heat up and sometimes it didn't at all. However the shower was very good.

Good hot breakfast, nice shower, comfy beds. Lots of TV channels. Cookies in the lobby.

Toilet seat screw fell out and it was loose. Beds creaked. Fitted sheets were too small for the mattresses.

Breakfast was disappointing; no bread (for toast) available at all until I asked. No yoghurts. I often complain about the yoghurt’s always being flavoured and no plain yoghurts being available. in this case there were no yogurts, flavoured or otherwise

Lobby and dining room cleanliness not up to par. Entrance windows dirty and smeared. Elevators not clean.
