Room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, juice, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, waffles, oat meal, bagels, and yogurt 😋

Charged me almost $100 more than what I had booked for, the pool and spa were "Unavailable" and no discount was offered, and the gaggle of men sitting by the back entrance smoking, drinking, and dealing drugs was quite obnoxious... they were mostly friendly, but if I were there alone I would not have felt safe

The service and the level of comfortable I was able to be. The woman at the front who checked me in was completely awesome and it was nice after such a long drive for me that day.

This hotel is close to my daughter's home. Staff has always been super friendly. Rooms were decently clean.

Pillow encasements. My son striped the bed and noticed the hotel doesn't use them. The elevator has a weird screeching sound when we stop.

The coffee was good. It was relatively quiet. Lady at front desk was really nice.

It was so expensive! $220 for once person, one night. The thermostat didn't work and the room was very cold (60°). I tried to call guest services twice and got a busy signal.

Breakfast was good and lots of options and variety. The person in charge of serving and refilling worked very hard. . He just was not able to keep up with demand.

The room was a bit cramped. Ran out of lots of food options. Never got to choose from all the options. Only one waffle maker for a huge crowd. Needed at least 2 more. Food was a bit difficult to find as it was scattered and around a corner.

When checking in I inquired about military discount. After looking at my receipt hours later I did not see a discount. Otherwise the property was excellent.

The rooms are spotless! The cleaning staff take much pride in their job! The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable. Unbelievable… Excellent breakfast with quality waffles, eggs, potatoes. The hotel manager are all so friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure.

They had this plague of insects all over the rooms, as much as they try to keep them out, they continue to enter throughout the window.
