Granddaughter loved the variety of structures in the pool. She liked the slide and playing basket ball with the other kids. The historic arcades in the basement were entertaining. Some did not work. I liked that the pinball machine gave everyone a small bouncy ball, though they were striving for the bigger one.

I commented to the man behind the counter that I had recently spent 15 days going from my winter home to my summer home and at no time did I spend near this much money for a room. With that, I was disappointed that they did not at least have a hot breakfast. I noticed and missed the fact that they did not have a box of tissue in the room. Minor but noticeable.

The tram to the adventure park is at the hotel, indoor pool has a big water slide and a little toddler one, great for children. The double size hot tub is great for adults. Typical hard boiled eggs, toast, pastries, waffle maker, juice and coffee for continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable but smaller, good ice machine.

I wish the tram was included in the price of the room. With the discount it’s still over priced. Also it would be nice if they had more out door picnic tables and a patio area set up for guests, it’s such a beautiful location. The banged up room doors need upgrades, because cards demagnetize often.

The pool was amazing, one of the best pools for children. It was a little dream come true for me to stay here with our young grandchildren. The breakfast was great and lasted til 10 am which was super nice when sleeping in after all the fun things to do in Glenwood Springs. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were huge. I would definitely give the hotel an A+ rating.

The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a gym, but we walked from the train station so we did get some good walking in. We also thought the vending machines were terribly expensive, so we walked to Maverick.

The pool was amazing for our 3 kids and even myself with the hot tub. We must have went down the waterslide over 100 times and even I enjoyed it. The hot tub was hot and could watch the kids while soaking. The room itself was nice and warm which was good since it was freezing outside. Breakfast was on par for a continental style and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be visiting again next year.

Our only complaint is the noise if you get a room on the highway side. You can hear the vehicles going by all night long. Highly recommend the hotel to invest in noise canceling blinds/curtains to help quiet the noise. And if you can, request a room facing the other way.

Water bottle refill station was helpful property was clean and well maintained the pool was not very deep but with the slide it was fun for the kids and adults.

Breakfast was ok nothing exceptional waffles and cereal no rear protein only boiled eggs. Beds are very squeaky. remote had hard time working some lights didn't work some of the stuff in the room seemed very well used and ran down would i stay here again absolutely it was nice enough that we enjoyed are stay

We originally were assigned to the top floor but requested to be moved downstairs. Our room was right next to to the lobby and had wood laminate floors instead of carpet like the upper floors. I prefer this because its cleaner. We were surprised at how quiet the room was given its proximity to the lobby and slept well.

The locks on the doors are placed rather low making it very challenging to prevent our toddler from opening the door and gleefully fleeing down the hall.

Location was so close to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and Iron Mountain Hot Springs! There was a 10 percent discount for these parks if you check flyer in elevator. We could also see Red Mountain in the background. It was probably a mile walk into town by crossing the pedestrian foot bridge but it was certainly doable. The indoor pool was also a highlight. We had never seen a water slide attached to a guest pool like that before!

When we checked in the staff didn’t say much except where the elevators were. It would have been nice if they advertised the Glenwood Caverns park and hot springs or said there was a discount flyer in elevator. The breakfast mainly had pastries and not much healthy like eggs.

We came with my family, friends and co-workers, droved from Central Texas. We visited the Theme park and the gondola entrance to the park is just at the side of the hotel, which gave us 10% discount and free parking for the Glenwood Cavern Theme park. We love that after our adventure at the theme park we were able to relax in the hotel and our children had fun with the indoor pool. The also offer a good variety of breakfast included in our stay. We'll definitely come back.

When we come to glenwood springs we always have get this hotel because we like everything about it. This is where the gondolas are and it's always clean and comfortable, the service is great everyone that works there is nice excellent customer service

The only thing that we would like is that we wish they had a little more options for breakfast at least like scramble eggs and sausage or something else

It’s right next to the cable car station up the mountain and has a nice indoor pool. Unfortunately the cable car wasn’t operating when we stayed there during the week. Good value for money for what you get.

It calls itself a hotel but only offers breakfast and the restaurants are at least a 15 minute walk towards town.
