The location was within walking distance of the downtown. Was able to find a decent restaurant for dinner and walk around the downtown area. The breakfast was great and exceeded our expectations. Included hot eggs, sausage links and patties, and bacon. There was also the usual things like waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. The bed was comfortable and the room amenities were as expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

It was located on a busy street which was noisy in the early evening, but quited down after 10 pm.

Breakfast was great! Lots to choose from and everything you needed was right there on the counter! We made waffles and had orange juice. Also had sausage links and patties. Definitely didn’t leave hungry. Very friendly staff and he even saved a parking space for us! Flowers blooming all over and very much cared for. We will definitely make sure to return on next trip.

Morning staff only spoke spanish so we couldn't communicate. The toilet wouldn't flush and we were trying to let someone know. It needed a plunger. We thought it was clogged. Later we learned the town of Rifle had done some upgrades on the sewer and that was causing problems.

The breakfast was excellent. A large variety of food & a new juice & hot chocolate machine. The bed was very comfortable! There was a good size refrigerator & freezer. They had a list of tv channels listed so one knew where to look for a specific channel. The bathroom was new & the towels were laid out very pretty. Only problem - no closet or place to hang clothes.

Install a rod to hang clothes on!

This owner and establishment deserves a 3 star the owner and staff are awesome , rooms are spacious updated and very very clean , no police incidents walking distance to parks restaurants and downtown area .well maintained, will be back next yr for 2 weeks , Breakfast is incredible and included . An in town Gem

Breakfast was good, wide variety of items along with hot breakfast selection

When we pulled up to the Lodge I thought what have I done. The outside could use some repairs. The walkway to the 2nd level rooms needs replaced. But the Staff were very nice, rooms was clean, bed comfortable. Room could use a closet/close rack. Breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from.

The place was close to where we wanted to be. Staff was very helpful when the faucet had a problem, they came immediately and fixed it. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, waffles, yogurts, fruit, juice.

Just know it is a little older motel and a little pricey for an older motel but less expensive then Glenwood Springs. All was fine.

The gentleman at front desk was awesome. Big room with very comfortable bed, very nice bathroom. Big fridge and microwave Great location and a good quality breakfast. Very good choice.

Hotel is good and has all you need for a short stance. The room was big, clean and tidy. Even they have included a mini bar and microwave. There are also a lot of space to keep your belongs organized. It's a very quite place and well located near to a bus station, restaurants and shops. The personal at the reception always able to help you with what you need and very respecful about all booking process. They offer a decent breakfast.

Regardless there is a heater, room was always cold. It's not a big matter as bedding is enough to handle it but in winter you can feel the freeze even with the heat on its maximun. Breakfast has a lack of protein like eggs, for example.

This is an older motel in the heart of Rifle. The room was very clean. Nice big refrigerator. Bed was comfortable but very high for a shorter person. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There were several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices.
