clean and quiet room, great breakfast, delightful areas to sit outside and relax, good fitness room. LOVED the Capaccino maker at breakfast!

sharp jagged broken piece of swimming pool cut my family member's hand very badly - should've gotten stitches. While the staff was responsive to finding the broken area, they did not offer to write up a report about his injury. We are pretty sure it was a clean cut thankfully. Iron took a lot of time to warm up to be able to use. No spa was kind of a bummer

Staff was amazing, especially Michelle at check in and the gal with purple hair in the morning. Breakfast was exemplary and the room was perfect with a better than average shower. Getting to the motel was interesting and when leaving you are restricted to traveling east along HWY 34. If you wish to head west you are required to go east and then make a u-turn. Other than that it was amazing.

Had everything I needed.

It was fantastic to have a hot breakfast since we don't eat most of the "continental" breakfast options of sweets. Eggs, bacon, sausage, etc... that's breakfast. The hotel and grounds were well kept and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. All around a great stay.

Everything was great, the only way it could have been better was if it was less expensive, but then you lose perks and attractions.

I loved the grassy court yard and dog run in the back

Our coffee pot didn’t brew. It just spit out Luke warm water. My husband when to get us coffee up front, and it was also like warm. Getting in and out was problematic due to street set up. Forced U turns and driving a mile east to go back west was not ideal at all.

the breakfast was very good, clean floors and roomy sitting area. breakfast staff very nice and kept foods filled and fresh. liked having the fruit bowl mixture. entrance sitting area was warm and inviting. parking was cleared off from snow storm. space heater provided with a wall heater not working well. tv signal off but fixed by staff. maintenance guys were very helpful to accomadate issues.

i would say that the beds were not as comfortable as I would want them to be. bouncy, noisy and felt like springs inside causing pressure points on body. bathroom floor under vanity etc not very clean.

Breakfast was good, location was right off the interstate but traffic made it hard to get to.

The couple we traveled with had a entirely different experience. Our room was nice and spacious and theirs was small with a bathroom that two people couldn't fit in and the shower head was like plugged and the drain also.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfy.

There was no hair dryer in the room. I asked at the front desk if I could get one. The woman said, "All you sure there isnt?" I said that I looked everywhere. No hair dryer. Then some male employee speaks up and says he's sure there is one in our room. I once again said there wasn't. Meanwhile, male employee disappears and my husband forgot something in our room. He meets up with the male employee outside our room! The guy was going to let himself into our room to see if I was lying about it. He found no hair dryer. When I found this out, I was LIVID! The hotel staff people basically accused me of lying over a damn hair dryer! So insulting!

Easy access to the Highway; Good shower, good bathroom size and room; Breakfast; For those looking to visit Estes Park, Garden of the Gods and surrounding areas, I recommend it, due to the location;

Very nice hotel overall. Clean and nice rooms and furnishings. Decent daily breakfast. Not too noisy, even though it was close to the I-25/CO-34 intersection. Very convenient to tons of shops and restaurants. A little pricier than we would have liked, but right now all hotels are expensive. Good stay, no huge issues. Maleah at the front desk was a superstar! She helped us get two rooms close together, and a small billing issue.

The pool needs a always on skimmer. Had to clean significant debris out of the pool twice ourselves before the kids could use it. Either their cleaning system was broken, to they didn't turn it on to save money.

The bed was comfortable, and at a height I appreciated. The room was clean, and the daily, hot breakfast was awesome! Lots of protein choices, very keto friendly.

The driveway is shared with the gas station next door. No immediate access at main road if you're going west. But there isn't much the hotel can do about that.
