Everything place is great and so was breakfast and the staff. Breakfast made to order is a HUGE PLUS and one of the main reasons we stay.

Paying for parking is ridiculously expensive. We had two cars for two nights making the overall cost of the place be a huge disappointment. I find this same complaint about this place all over the internet. Its not as if the hotel is downtown where parking is an issue. This is probably the reason we will not stay here again.

The room size was good for a family, cleanliness was excellent, pillows good, tissues and toilet paper stocked well, hangars plentiful, toiletries great.

Even though my husband submitted his credit card for the room, my credit card was charged and declined about 3 times then I got a note under our door to settle the charges and we were charged incorrectly to which we went to speak to the front desk and they said the $300 and the incorrect charges for bottled water would come off soon, we are home and charges for water did but not the $300. & when I arrived I I had booked a handicapped accessible room but it was a hearing impaired room.

The room was clean and comfortable. We did digital check-in with a digital key, which was fantastic. Breakfast is wonderful with an amazing variety. The hotel is within walking distance to the event center and also very close to restaurants.

We've stayed here for the last 3 years to attend the same event each year. The price has gone up over $300 since the first year. It's getting too expensive!

The beds were comfortable, this is a huge factor for me and I rarely see reviews that tell if the beds are comfortable. (FYI- we don’t like firm beds… keep that in mind, but these were not overly soft.. just right!) The breakfast was amazing! It was one of those things we almost couldn’t believe was just included with the price. Overall a great hotel! Highly recommend!

The location to our volleyball tournament and restaurants and stores was perfect.

We have stayed here before and love this hotel. Very comfortable and great location. The breakfast was great with the omelets made to order and I love the happy hour in the evening. We were also able to have our two small dogs join us which I appreciate.

The young lady who checked us in was not very friendly or helpful. She did not give us any information. I only knew about the happy hour because I heard her telling the man ahead of us.

The staff was phenomenal, breakfast was delicious every day, room service was excellent and the location of this establishment is great. Our room had a great view. The best part was while in the room you couldn’t hear any outside noises, not neighbors or the freeway. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It truly is a home away from home.

My room was large with a living room and bedroom. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The interior, 8 story, courtyard was beautiful with all the fauna and a fountain. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, with a Buffett and a chef on hand to make an amazing omelette and pancakes. One of my favorite hotels that I’ve ever stayed in.

I stayed here last year and the parking was free! This year they are now charging $14 to park which in my mind is outrageous since this is the middle of nowhere with a huge parking lot. Paying over $200 for a room and having to pay for parking, in this area (not some limited space down town location) seems ridiculous. I love this place but I can park for free and pay less over at the Marriott.

Everything was awesome. Our son had a birthday and the front desk brought him up a gift basket full of goodies it was above and beyond what I was expecting definitely make a reservation here if you are in Loveland breakfast was top notch and they even had free drinks and snacks from 5:30 to 7. Yes free alcohol drinks for us and free sodas for the kids Awesome.

Clean rooms, quiet, great breakfast, great location, plenty of room.

About the only thing that bugs me is having to pay for parking. I would understand if it were in a downtown area that had limited parking, but that is not the case here. There are probably 150 or more spaces and there is nothing else close. For me, it's not he $14 its the principle.

The room was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, with made to order omelets, bacon, pancakes, French toast, and everything you normally see in hotel breakfast bars. There was plenty of parking. Check in and check out was quick and easy! We were there in the middle of the week, so it wasn't super crowded, no lines or waiting for the elevators. The pool looked nice, although we didn't use it. We enjoyed our stay!
