That they serve the complementary breakfast in the restaurant. It is a beautiful room with a stone wall at one end very nice furniture, and three choices of meals if taken in the restaurant and three choices if takeout is preferred. They had a fruit salad with breakfast that was marvelous. Chunks of cantaloupe, pineapple, blueberries, blackberries, all fresh and ripe, not canned fruit the people serving there were very friendly and very efficient just a big big plus to have such a nice breakfast included.

I could’ve graded the cleanliness a little bit lower or condition of the facility I guess. The carpeting seemed quite old and you can only get it so clean, but the room itself was kept very clean. The bedding was very comfortable so no other complaints at all.

The pool was awesome! It was clean and it was warm. This was very important to me and my spouse, as we were bringing our young grandchildren to swim. Although the hotel rooms are a bit dated they have everything one needs. Thrle room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful.

My only complaint would be the signs for the exits. It guides you to the stairs only! There wasn't any signs to point towards the elevators! I understand they don't want people using the elevator incase of a fire. But it's frustrating when you have someone who is handicap and it's hard for them to walk to get all the way down the long hall to find stairs they can't go down. So please put signs up to say which way to the elevators. We were not the only people very confused by the signs leading to the stairs only when it say exit. We will stay here again because of the staff, the cleanliness and the warm pool.

Location, ease of getting into building and room

The handicap bathroom was a farce. Whoever designed it done a bad job. Taking a shower the water was everywhere. The shower chair was a joke, wobbly and unsafe for handicap people. Good thing was it was spacious and had rails. The room was good, but keeping in mind if handicap people, could have been larger. Remember, we do use wheelchairs and walkers to get around in. Rooms should reflect that

Location was easy to get to and close to the event we attended. Room was nice and the employees were interacted with were all very nice

The breakfast was good but I didn’t realize it was a sit down breakfast and that gratuity was not included. Think it was more like a continental breakfast I did not have money with me and I felt bad not leaving anything. It would have been nice to be told at checkin.

Liked how the hotel was located right off I95. The hotel has a great complimentary breakfast which was very good. The room was very comfortable and very quite, and my room faced the highway and never heard the traffic when I was sleeping. Will be staying here again when traveling thru the area

The bar was over priced and lacked top shelf liqueur. Didn't have Mendori, spiced rum, didn't even have pineapple juice. The drink that was made for me was mixed wrong. I'll be back to the hotel for another stay but I'll go out to a real bar.

Hotel was spotless and cheerful. I cannot say enough about the hard-working staff! Everyone in Maine is suffering staff shortages. The folks working the hotel and specifically the pub/restaurant are amazing. A tour bus showed up just as we ordered dinner. Only two ladies were working (one was the bar tender)...they were rushed off their feet, but they were professional, cheerful, and polite to everyone. Great job! Oh, and the food was great!!

Drove up to the front, and swore it had been closed down. Guess you can't judge a book by its cover. Pool and area could use some work (paint//missing tiles). Upper floor rooms on the Inter-State can be a BIT noisy, but not bad.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Even though our room was very close to the interstate there was minimal road noise. The soaps and shampoo provided were the first ones I ever used at a motel/hotel that were not awful.

I enjoyed my stay, even though we didn't use much of the facilities, the staff was friendly, and the property was pretty and clean. The hotel was located close to the airport which was a blessing after a full day of travel. We came to visit a sick family member, and the hotel was a nice retreat from the stress of travel and visiting with family.

I liked the hotel I do not have any complaints about our stay. Everything was great. If we come back this way, we would stay again. Thank you to the staff for making our stay comfortable.

The price of the room was not what I had seen online ...online it said the room was $ 139.00 dollars a night and we got charged $ 212.00 a night...

I started my days too early to try the breakfast. Best Western is however in a very convenient location close to numerous eating establishments and stores. Rooms are nice and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The cost of lodging at Best Western in Waterville is way too high. This is not unlike the cost of lodging in other areas of the country, but travel expenses are becoming prohibitive and I may do more staycations in the future.
