I like the accessibility and the great accommodation of the staff especially Ms. Joyce from the breakfast room. She is a friendly and compassionate lady who tried to make us feel at home every morning during our stay. I also commend the hotel for the extra water with lemons and 24- hour coffee, tea, & hot cocoa that is served at the lobby.

Maybe the door knobs and the carpets that's may need to be updated!

We love the Comfort Inn in Augusta, ME. The staff are very responsive. We discovered our room had no heat! Alerted the front desk manager and she had fortunately just had a cancelation request in a suite. She quickly gave that person a free cancelation and upgraded us to the suite with heat! A win win for both of her customers! The rooms are always very clean and well appointed. Comfy beds and great assortment of different softness pillows! We always feel safe and secure at the Comfort Inn wherever we travel. And the hot breakfast is great. As is having the Ninety Nine Restaurant right next door in parking lot!

I had 3 kids with me. The indoor pool was why we chose this hotel. Very nice staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Nice complementary breakfast. Will stay again.

Could use more lighting in the rooms other than that it was very nice.

Location was perfect, breakfast was perfect, does need a little cleaning, smelled a little mildew. For the most part it was very comfortable and clean

I would have given 10 but the pool chlorine smell was too strong in the pool room. Made my eyes sting, and hard to breathe the smell was so strong, maybe more air flow needed?

I thought it was very good, we did not go down until after 9:00 and there was plenty of stuff left. I would like to praise Linda ( the breakfast attendant) she did GREAT JOB keeping up with everything.

I love the location I loved when we walked i and Everything was decorated so cute and Christmasy. There was a hot cocoa station that my son loved. The pool was heated, which was awesome because it was cold out. The staff was all very nice and accommodating. There was a nice little spot for my pup outside. The breakfast was excellent more than we expected. Overall, it was a great experience.

The lady that checked us in on 3-28-25 at 9:30 was amazing. She was very sweet and helpful and net the needs of my special needs son.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Being next to a restaurant and close to Walmart. Great breakfast much better than any other hotels we have stayed at.
