Room was clean and comfortable. We were able to park directly outside our door. Staff was especially friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was full-service and had much better offerings than is typical, and restaurant staff were exceptional too. Very convenient location for visiting friends in nearby Sidney.

Bathroom was nicely remodeled in tile, but was oddly shaped and configured. Needed a night light in there. Light switch was outside the door so that you'd wake up another sleeper using it at night. The pedestal sink is attractive but is directly inside the door, and needs more shelf space for toiletries, etc. Bath also needs more hooks/shelves to hang wet towels, clothes, etc.

The room had everything we needed, comfortable bed. Shower water pressure low but still adequate. Good AC, we slept great. Wonderful pool, wonderful relaxing restaurant for our delicious breakfast. Near many stores and restaurants. We didn't actually use either pool but the areas looked great as did the spa area. Very comfortable hotel. Well maintained.

Walls are thin? Probably because of the age of the building. We could hear other room's AC. But it was quiet throughout the night, so we slept well.

The pool was amazing. They give you items that you request during your stay. Very informative and friendly staff in all sections of the hotel. McKenzie was our favorite hotel staff member. The restaurant was super friendly and had an amazing staff. Food was delicious. Hot tub and both pools were great. My husband enjoyed the sauna. If you have a rainy day, this hotel will make you want to stay in for the day.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool and hot tub was only open until 9, wish it was open later! But we really liked everything, and we would stay there every time we visit Maine.

We loved the pools. They did run out of towels at the outdoor pool but the pool its self was clean and grounds well maintained . I loved that I could request as many towels, soaps, pillows as well liked. That's worked very well to accommodate additional towels for swimming. The room set up and space is perfect for the kids to get put to bed and the adults to be able to stay up a little later and watch those not kid friendly shows without them. Some couple time without having a sitter.

The out door pool was out of stock of towels when we went, but we could have been just after a big group.

Apartment style room. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and big living room. Very spacious. It's called "the secret room" where you need a map and directions to find it.

It's next to the laundry room. The workers are there all day and you can hear them in the room. It was quite for the most part until people came in upstairs late. The bathroom is directly above the master bedroom.

The room was comfortable and spacious, the air-conditioning was very welcomed. I am always happy that they except pets. It was very easy to take my dog outside from the room that I was given. I have stayed at the senator inn in the past, and I absolutely love their spa, pool, hot tub.

The room was a little more expensive than some of my other choices in the area. The maid had left someone else’s food in my refrigerator but otherwise the room was clean. The staff person at the front desk was a little bit unrealistic about me and my husband, leaving our dog in the room to go eat a meal and then return. I understand the dog policy and why they would not want an animal left in the room all day, But when people are traveling, it should be expected that they need to leave the room for meals and it is not possible to bring your pet to a restaurant.

Easy on/off access to I-95. The property was well lit and they have an area outside where I could walk my dog with a gazebo and benches. Everyone I ran into was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed overnight so we didn’t use any of the amenities.

The pillows weren’t the most comfortable. The bathroom light switch was outside the bathroom so getting up in the middle of the night lit up the whole room.

The ability to pull your car up to your room was great. The room was fine. Clean and comfortable. In addition to being able to pull your car up to your room, you then go in the hallway to get to the other facilities. In other words, it combines the best features of a hotel and a motel. The food services (restaurant and room service) was just adequate. We went out for food.

The TV offerings were limited.

we love the gym, pool, sauna and steam room the most. beautiful day spa as well. The refrigerator in the spa suite is one of the best I’ve used. It’s nice and cold and the freezer fit 4 big ice packs that needed to be refrozen for our road trip. The staff are incredibly nice and very attentive. They are always stocking towels, emptying rubbish and refilling the sauna water for the steam rocks. Because they are always anticipating the guest’s needs, you really never need to ask for anything. I love it. The cloud 9 restaurant is convenient and offers good food and the linens in the spa suite are super soft. The fireplace was a nice feature in our room as well.

The spa suite needed some updates. The inner toilet was stained so it looked dirty and the jets on the tub were missing some of the components so the spray was shooting up at us and the button needed to be pushed several times before it even kicked on, this rendered the jacuzzi tub pretty much unusable, which was unfortunate because that’s one of the reasons we upgraded in the first place. other than that, everything was fantastic.

We parked right by our door due to Ganymede a pet friendly room. I was able to take food I'd ordered in the lounge to my room and was provided with cutlery and dinnerware. My wife was able to get a 90 minute massage. To accommodate our dog, we were upgraded to a king bed suite in a pet friendly room with hardwood floors at no extra charge.
