The spacious, clean, bright room welcomed us! a huge bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. Bathrobes were provided, always a plus for us! Room had more USB ports / charging stations than you will ever need. Lots of other outlets, too . the pillows, always a measure for us, were exquisite!!!! full, firm but not hard. The TV in the room used “casting”, pairing with your phone so we could easily watch our Netflix, Prime on their HUGE. room TV the staff is more than accommodating; very helpful with suggestions. Set right in very walkable downtown Waterville, with many boutiques, restaurants, and an art museum A most welcome addition to the rebirth of Waterville!

everything was clean, new and well kept. the gym was small but had the essentials (treadmills, peloton, a bench and free weights up to 50lb). staff were amazing. very helpful and friendly. great bartender and restaurant staff.

Spacious and comfortable. Very clean.

I spent 2 nights. No offer for fresh towels. No microwave in the room or available. They said they offered morning coffee and tea as well as fresh fruit. Fresh fruit option was an apple.

The room was generously sized and the beds were very comfortable.

We didn't have enough time to enjoy our stay or the region as we were just passing through.

The room itself was perfect in size, layout and colors.

The smell in the elevator that accesses the kitchen. The speed of the flame in the fireplaces, it can be and should be slown down to look more natural.

Parking was not good. New York prices in Waterville, ME is a bit of a stretch, especially considering the vibe of downtown.

Bar staff were a little rude, dismissive. Had trouble even getting a menu. Which is not typical of most bars. Charge the tab to my room and at checkout there was mysterious extra charge. The hotel staff promptly cleared up the confusion with no issue.

This isn't our 1st stay at the Lockwood. It's our 3rd stay here which says a lot about the facility & the customer service. The Lockwood never disappoints. 10/10 highly recommend

Excellent location and a nice addition to the area. Rooms were very nicely appointed, roomy and comfortable, if a bit too warm. I come to the area a few times a year and usually end up staying in Augusta. The Hampton Inn tends to be over priced and the other Waterville hotels are terrible.

The restaurant is a little too foodie for my taste so I went elsewhere. Also, I had a room on the second floor and it was very noisy at night, maybe because I was right above the bar/restaurant. Next time I will ask for a room on an upper floor.
