The staff was absolutely friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. We didn't stay too long in the room, but it was nice and comfy. The lobby was warm (we stayed during December) and welcoming, and everything was neat and organized. The bathroom was also very nicely done, clean with plenty of towels. Shower was easy to use and very roomy.

Not a lot of places to sit and relax in the room. There was an office chair, and a arm chair, but I like to recline when I relax. Didn't get that, but you don't usually with hotels, so no demerits. Oh, there was some maintenance work happening, (no hate on that, they started around 10/11 am,) and there was like plaster that fell at the start of the hall, and it took a few days to be cleaned up. That's the only thing that kinda erked me.

I love the location. I drive from Texas to Canada a few times a year ad I make this my stop just because of it ambience and location and service. There is a shopping center nearby to pick up gifts. The location has ample parking and open space around it. It is right off the highway. The next exits have food places as well and I leave the hotel get gas and breakfast and get on my way. I stay here both going to Canada and on my way back. And skip staying at Bangor . I missed breakfast and they let me grab whatever i wanted that was not picked up yet like yogurt, toast and fruit and coffee. That gives them a 11/10 rating for hospitality

I love this place

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right beside the civic center. I was able to have the breakfast, and I loved that there was corned beef hash as an option.

The window in the room I stayed in was unlocked and I was on a ground level room. As far as security goes, it was lacking in that area, and I think that it would help if someone can ensure that those windows stay locked for safety reasons and for the comfort of the people staying there.

Everyone was nice. It was clean and comfortable.

I was told by Booking that the hotel could accommodate my request for a shuttle from the airport. They could not. Also the connected restaurant closed before we were able to check in after waiting an hour for a taxi. So two reasons I chose this hotel weren’t available.

Breakfast was excellent. Brenda was a sweetheart. She made delicious biscuits. They tasted like my mother used to make. Andre, the desk clerk was worth his weight in gold. I am sorry if I got his name wrong. He is the one going to Vermont in the fall.

An indoor swimming pool would have been nice.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff kept it well stocked, even up to the end of breakfast. We were attending an event at the civic center and then UMA so the location was perfect. DIdn't have to move our car. Such a short walk!

The weather but you have no control over that. The restrooms, normally in the lobby area, were much farther away. Looks like they are shared with IHOP. Not a real issue; just a comment.

The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful, even when I was walking a crying toddler up and down the halls at 4 in the morning. Efficient, friendly, and professional. I felt like we were in good hands.

Some Fixtures in the room felt a little fragile for a toddler to be around. Access to the patio was not mowed. These were tiny details though. At the price, I wasn't expecting luxury.

Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and clean, but the bed was a little hard to sleep on. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. There were so many options to choose from.

The bed was pretty hard and woke me up a couple times, and I could have requested another room but I didn’t wanna add another room to clean for housekeeping, so I stuck it out for the 1 night.

The staff were incredibly upbeat and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Nice accomodation.

Wish there had been a little more green space. But we were only there for a night, so not a big deal.

Location is great next to mall and Walmart and restaurants. Outside the hotel is a lovely lawn with chairs and tables to sit on and enjoy the fresh air. Everything is clean. Microwave and fridge and coffee maker were all clean and working No bad smells. No dirty carpets or sheets. All was very good. Have extended our stay today to another 3 days

I liked everything
