The employee who checked us in was very helpful, (young guy with long beard), switched a room so my friend and I were in rooms closer to each other as we requested; just very professional and helpful. When I was about to leave, my friend and I were clearing our cars, and the plow guy asked it we'd like help--which we accepted--there were a couple of inches of wet snow to remove--appreciated the offer--above and beyond what we expected. Great breakfast options. And good coffee--always a plus given that some places just don't get the coffee right!

The refundable deposits in case of room damage were unusual, but understand that that there's a history/context that necessitates the policy. Just have never run into that before. Not really a problem for me.

The location was perfect. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good. The rooms were also good.

I was a little surprised that I had to ask to have housekeeping vacuum my room. Especially when they had been in and changed the sheets so had to have seen the crumbs on the floor by the bed.

We were both very pleased with breakfast, especially having meat-protein options along with the usual eggs/French toast, cereals, fruit, etc. The cinnamon bun was delicious. The room, as well as the rest of the motel, seemed especially clean. Bed was comfortable, room was big enough.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was great and the room was spacious and comfortable - exactly what one wants from a hotel room.I would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, clean comfortable, nice staff. Breakfast was very good.

Bathroom amenities bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner attached to shower were horrible. Individual miniature amenities are much better.

The location of our room was at a nexus point of activity, so it was loud in the morning.

I was very surprised at how clean and up-to-date that the room was. Very clean. The breakfast area was clean and made good choices. Also the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Not sure why this hotel has a 2 star rating. It is far better than that. Modern rooms with all the equipment you would expect. Good facilities, large car park and a excellent breakfast.

we are rewards members and we asked for a late check out because my daughter was playing at 3 but the latest they could give us was 12 i will be frequenting waterville numerous times in the next 4 years will probably find a hotel more friendly to late check out
