The location of the property was perfect. We were in the area to visit Farmington and it was just outside the town and more comfortable than the local motels for a great rate. The room itself was spacious with not one but two air conditioning options which was excellent for myself and my husband who both generally overheat at night. While we missed breakfast, we were able to use the pool and jacuzzi facilities which were both clean, well maintained, and fun. The staff was incredibly polite and had a great sense of humor. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in the door right up until check-out.

The room was very clean - the room was cleaned again after the first night which is not as common anymore and was actually unexpected. The breakfast was very good and hot. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating for various things including when I asked if there were any more eggs, she went in the back and came out in short time with fresh eggs.

The room card was deactivated several times, presumably due to close proximity to our cell phones. This was slightly inconvenient as we had to keep going back to the desk to reactivate them.

F Didn’t get a chance to use pool as we got in late. But that’s ok . Maybe next time.😀The bed was very comfy. We slept in till 9:30 so we didn’t get to have breakfast but we went to Dennys. And I was happy about that☺️personnel was very helpful. We got some hot chocolate to warm us. Told her water needed to be a little hotter, and she said she would take care of it. Hubby loved shower!

Could use a can of air freshener in bathroom to use after using toilet , just an idea😊

Breakfast was nice

That the guy in the hot tub told us he frequents facility often and goes in hot tub and drinks beer all night...the staff comes in at 10:15 when it closes to tell him they are closing it. He should not be drinking especially with young kids were hanging out with parents. Tried relaxing but he kept talking..was nic enough but cussing in conversation..so we decided to leave.. .

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had more variety than I was expecting. The room was comfortable.

I had a lot of trouble with the wifi, could only get it to work the first day then had to use data only. I asked for help and there was nothing they could do to help me get on to the system. The pool was pretty dirty when we were there.

The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms, and comfortable bed and pillows. They serve a great breakfast (omelette, yogurts, breads and waffles!). And the most important - their stuff is the best! Kind, friendly, helpful and always with a smile.

Location to family and friends is great for us.

Breakfast is ok….staff gave me a tray and I brought breakfast up to room. Eggs weren’t cooked?!! But coffee was good and yogurt and cereal had good selection.

Large room and confirtable bed. Hotel itself was very cozy and inviting. Close to grocery stores but not much else food-wise. It was a convenient stop on our roadtrip.

The room had an infestation of "ladybugs" (think they were actually asian lady beetles). We moved a few outside before realizing that there were a ton of them chilling in the window and in one corner of the room. They didn't really bother us and it was too late for us to want to deal with changing rooms, but it was kinda gross. Aside from that the room was incredibly clean.

Front desk staff were lovely. We didn’t need assistance for anything, no issues. Everything was clean, and easy to use. Great location. Food was fine. Pool was great.

There were some wild other guests, particularly in the pool.

This was the second time we stated here. Great hotel, excellent amenities, pool and hot tub are fantastic. Closest hotel to where we needed to be for the weekend.

Beds left our backs a little stiff.
