Rooms are great and showers too. Full kitchen is stocked and offers plenty of storage. Modern fixtures with tasteful decor all around. Breakfast had a big selection. Will stay here again for sure

There was no outside door handle on the door near my hard-to-reach-room and the pool doesn't open until 9am. Also the parking lot did not get plowed quickly after a snowstorm and it was hard to get around the parking lot until cleaned up.

Extremely impressed with this hotel, clean comfortable, excellent service, great amenities and delicious breakfast. Kids loved the pool, nice and warm. The suites have a fully equipped kitchen as well, complete with pots, pans, stovetop, full fridge and a dishwasher. If I'm ever passing through Augusta again, this will definitely be the stop.

Staff was awesome. Loved the kitchen and was able to cook on a rainy day. Pool, gym, and lobby with fireplace was great. A nice variety for breakfast was available.

The weather. Rained the time I was there. Ice machine was not available on all floors, being worked on. Took awhile to repair, but it got fixed. However, a staff member mentioned we can make ice in the room and was very kind to help me with that.

Suites very well appointed and very clean. Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and an adorable little 2-burner glass cook top. Dinette seats 4. Very comfy couch and bed. Nice spacious bathroom. Was more like a studio apartment. Very homey feeling. Great staff. Polite and helpful. Hot breakfast (included in cost) was delicious and lots of options.

Not a fan of elevators, but got used to it. Otherwise great stay for me.

The breakfast was lovely and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space for a larger family or group.

The room didn't have enough bedding for the pull out bed and we had to ask for it. We also felt that the pool temperature was a bit cool.

I loved the location of the hotel And the great breakfasts provided were an added bonus. If I had to give a negative review about anything it would be the bed. My bed at home is soft. Opposite of the hotel bed.

Room was beautiful, indoor pool and the breakfast was really good! The price of the suite we got was really affordable, it was cheaper then any other regular room we found anywheres and had a stove top so we didn’t always have to eat out.

The only thing I didn’t really like about it was late at night they had other visitors at the outdoor fire pit and they were extremely loud and drunk. The fire pit was right outside our room window so we could hear them and they woke my son up.

Very nice hotel and very clean. Hot breakfast was very nice. The heated pool was lovely after a long day of shopping! Staff were very friendly!

If you have algeries be warned there is alot of carpet in this hotel. I'm not sure if they have rooms with no carpet, but I will definitely ask next time. I would also recommend asking for a room on the side away from the highway. Road traffic was really loud, but the ac did block it out some.

Location, breakfast options, amenities in the room, staff were all very courteous and pleasant

Lots of dust on lamps, I had to jiggle handle on toilet to stop it from running, sink was extremely slow empty down the drain and I found a pair of socks under one of the bedside tables from a previous guest.
