The room was comfortable and cool as the temperature outside was nasty.

Front desk personal was either very friendly and helpful to nasty and uncaring. Room had dispenser of shampoo empty when I arrived and was not replaced in the three day stay despite me inquiring about it daily. One late night personnel said she did not have access to room with the supplies and offered me soap to wash my hair of which I rejected. Eventually a day time personnel offered a very small bottle of shampoo of which I thankfully accepted. I hope the dispenser was replaced for the next guest. I stayed at a Best Western in North Platte two week prior and the breakfast was better than the KC Sports Complex although both had a similar buffet.

Very clean room. 2 chairs in room to sit on, rather than on the bed. Breakfast was extremely good; lots of variety; large dining area; breakfast attendant was very friendly.

The bathroom! VERY small bathroom vanity in comparison to other hotels. Couldn't really store anything on it. The shower pressure was extremely harsh;had to turn it off during bathing. Shower drain ran slow & water pooled up in tub as you showered. Shower curtain was cloth, allowing water onto bathroom floor, causing a big mess.

Location to the ballparks, Ease of getting in and out of the facility, The facility itself was very clean and comfortable.

Didn't like that on Tuesday morning I spoke with a housekeeper on 5th floor she was 3 doors down from our rooms at the time of asking for more towels in both our rooms and to return late afternoon to find no towels were dropped off. Also the checkin line was very long but it did move along fairly quickly. Maybe a bit pricey for not having a suite but overall for the location it wasn't too bad.

We were going to a college football game as a surprise Birthday present for my husband. We got train tickets so we didn't have to drive. I picked the hotel for proximity, but we had a good experience at Best Western Plus in Houston earlier this year. I changed the arrival time and needed an earlier check in and the hotel was able to accommodate us. She even helped me figure out Uber for the first time. She has great soccer stories, and was able to arrange for a later checkout for us also. She was the best.

Everything and everyone was great.

The room was comfortable and a great location. Staff was friendly and fun. Lorraine in the Boulevard Grill was exceptional!! Her service and attitude were fantastic. She helped another family find a restaurant and even helped them get their food ordered. I'd come back again just to hang out at the bar while she's working!!

Breakfast bar needed hot sauce and peanut butter! Also one of the elevators was broken. That was frustrating but obviously understandable. Also it looked like the balcony was supposed to open but we couldn't open ours. It would have been nice to get some fresh air!

Location to Royals baseball game it’s right across the street Breakfast was good

Only one entrance and exit to parking lots that we know of is the front door so there was a line to drop off luggage and to get into parking lots. They don’t have regular black tea bags for breakfast (like Lipton small tea bags) I only seen green tea and I have an allergy to green tea but since a lot of hotels do not carry the tea bags I use I carry my own with me

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was walking distance to the baseball stadium and a couple food places. Nice quaint smoking area outside. Pet friendly (even though we didn't take our dogs). Nice breakfast buffet in the morning.

Only 1 Elevator was working and at one point we had to take the stairs after a 10 minute wait. Really only one entrance that is convenient. A little bit of an awkward parking situation with the one entrance. The TV kept going in and out like a buffer or a satellite dish with a storm. We could enjoy cey few channels.

The location was excellent for our plans in the area. The breakfast was great both days that we stayed. The waitress in the restaurant of the hotel was super busy but still gave great service, she even went above and beyond when my daughter left her retainer to make sure we got it back.

Our room had a rotten laundry smell, room seemed much smaller than anticipated. The phone in the room didn't work. The dinner in the restaurant downstairs was ok, but could have been much better for the price you pay.

Everything was excellent

Ignorant drivers at the entrance. One car was parked at the curb under the entrance , another discourteous "lady??" parked beside it , thus blocking the passage to parking and went inside , possibly to check in . She came out with a cart and unloaded her luggage and went back inside. She knew I was there trying to pass and just gave me the palms up , hands in the air sign. I was at least 10 minutes waiting to get to the parking. Why didn't she just park behind the first car is beyond me , or does my first word describe her ?

Pretty much everything was great here. The staff was great, they were very pleasant and also interactive with the opposing teams fans (I was one of those). We were there for the Tigers-Royals game and we were treated awesome! Location is perfect for football or baseball games. Breakfast was great, better than the other cities we went to this trip. Pool was nice, a little cool for my liking, but not cold, I just like warmer water... lol.

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like here.
