I come with my grandchildren once a year for my birthday. This year I had told them with the high prices of everything I don't think we will be able to make the trip . But then last minute I decided to surprise them .It was a wonderful trip.

The people that were on staff not very friendly but otherwise it was very enjoyable. The check out staff made up for the check in . they were super nice . And anyone could have a bad day one in awhile

We had a wonderful weekend down in Grand forks. We drove 5 hours from Manitoba for a fun family weekend and thats exactly what we had. I would highly recommend the Canadinns Grand forks. The staff was so friendly, the rooms were clean, and the Waterpark was so much fun for both my 15 year old son and my 7 year old daughter. I may have even had more fun ripping down the waterslide myself. Great accommodation for all ages and there are really fun family things to do close by as well. Other than spending time at the Splashers waterpark, we did a trampoline park, laser tag, Go Karting and shopping. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Always great service. Fun historic decor. Great complimentary breakfast on weekdays. Fun waterpark. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Surcharge for water park if you want to go on the slides. Not able to eat outside food in lobby so we had to eat up in our rooms. Level of chlorination in water park was irritating to eyes and caused us all to leave water park early

We were there for 5 days for mini family reunion. The staff was great from the front desk to o the restaurant. Easy access. Clean rooms. Quiet. It was very enjoyable with water park. EVERYONE was very helpful.

Very Clean, The staff were absolutely amazing! The room set up was very functional, and had all the amenities you could need!

The only downfall I would say is if your traveling with children the waterpark wristbands are not included with your room, I feel sense it is apart of the hotel and the rooms being more cost than other hotels the wristbands would be included!

The kids love the Splashers Waterpark. It was really fun for them. I do also love the location and the room is quite nice as well. I do like the quiet time there as well.

The shower area does not have vent. The carpet is a little dull looking. The pillow is way too soft my neck hurts lying on it. The TV is nothing but ads no good channels to watch.

It was clean and kept my family entertained. It was comfortable we came for a family reunion and was glad to find this place still in action.

There were no fitted sheets on the bed. I called down to get some but they brought up more to flat sheets. When asked about it they said they were out of fitted.

I like that the room was clean and smells clean and spacious. The indoor water park was a great bonus!!! I just wish that there's no additional fee for the tube slide and lazy river for guest that are staying in the hotel.

I hope they have continental breakfast for staying guests. I wish they would replace loud/noisy airconditioning units, it always wakes us up during our sleep. Not enough water inflatables in the swimming area. We basically need to wait for a while for somebody to give up their inflatable for others to use. Lots of deflated floaties are lying on the side and not fixed so others can use it.

All the amenities in one place. 3 restaurants, breakfast buffet, waterpark, arcade, shopping close by.

No continental breakfast (which could be supplied by the buffet) Gym equipment needs servicing. (Treadmills were very loud).

Breakfast was good but staff were not friendly. Very slow so staff could’ve easily topped off our coffee and water but didn’t. Plates were never removed either.

Music too loud in pool area. It’s already loud in there. Can’t here the music so it’s just another loud noise in there.
