Staff friendly and courtesy. Hotel bright and airy. Hotel was clean.It looked like the room was just painted a few weeks ago. Bed was comfortable. Room clean and quiet.Shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Good selection at breakfast. 24 hour coffee.

Room key kept deactiving when we returned back to room in evening.

I thought the room was newly renovated: clean and well appointed. It exceeded my expectations. Lots of places to eat, the usual fast-food places that are everywhere. A Waffle House was just a few yards away, didn't have to use the car.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. I reported this as I was checking out, don't know if anything was done about it. The location was a little difficult to find, back off the main road and was not near downtown Charlotte.

It was clean and comfortable. My cats were welcome at a standard rate. Breakfast was fine--not a huge selection but certainly plenty of choices. Staff was friendly.

The room was a bit small but not ridiculously so. There were signs of wear but nothing terrible. It is not the Ritz Carleton but for the price, it was a pleasant surprise.

The room was clean. AC was freezing. (I love that)

It wasn’t the property fault. Something happened in one of the rooms causing the building fire alarm to go off and everyone evacuate. But the staff went into action. Made sure everyone was safe until the fire department showed up.

The room was very comfortable and specially very clean. It has all what you need in a room. We liked that appart from the refrigerator it also has a microwave. We also liked that it is a very quiet and safe place to stay in. We spent two nights and we could rest perfectly because there weren't any noises. We will definitely get back there.

was okay it was kind like a truck stop innn from what I took from it the outside of the establishment could be more cleaner and the pool was disgusting wasn’t very clean at all and most of the ice machines didn’t work at the time

Location next to Star Buck Coffee and A Waffle House restaurant and Circle K Gas Station. Donuts close by and Pizza.

Access to property was blocked by traffic making entry into road to Hotel damn near impossible. Please petition city for traffic light or to have traffic officer to direct traffic to allow access.

I like the location of where the hotel was was near food in the highway I was happy that it had it indoor pool is the reason why I picked this location.

When looking for a room I was hoping there was a queen or king size bed instead I had to pick a room with two full size bed other than that the stay was comfortable

Pet area with bags and trash can.

Need more choices for breakfast. Ran out of orange juice and it was never replaced. Need outside seating in pet area.

Great location, dog friendly

Rooms are smaller and you can hear everything from outside while trying to sleep.
