The hotel was clean staff was courteous and the bed itself lovely.

What I did not care for is if you are traveling with pets you are given a ground level room. It was my second time at this location and my whole reason for a last minute splurge was to view the stars ⭐️ from the balcony with my girls . Sadly it was not list when traveling with pets you will not have access to said balcony. Ground floor not even a patio section to sit and enjoy a coffee . So that was the disappointment part . Extremely quiet location, beautiful ground's and room was lovely.

Room was clean and quite comfortable. Particularly nice that the thru the wall heat/cooling unit was very quiet. It's my impression this hotel has been refurbished/remodeled maybe 7-8 years ago and is still in pretty good condition. Halls are very quiet. Very large fitness room (relative to most hotels) easily accommodates 8 -10 people.

While the fitness room is a very nice size the four bicycles (3-peleton copies & 1-chair type) we're not working. Entrance to hotel off Rt 10 is not well marked, and follows after a right hand exit. Rt 10 in this area has a concrete divider prohibiting left turns and the entrance is accessed from the east bound lane . Wawa 1 mile east and a Starbucks is 2+ miles west.

The lobby area was very welcoming. The staff was very nice. Beds were very comfortable.

Because it was new years eve there were no amenities available but it was not listed on the site upon booking so we were unable to get breakfast or any other things aside from a room and for the price I was a little upset. Also the shower pressure wasn't good as the tub faucet didn't fully switch over to the shower head

It was a basic low grade continental in which you paid for each individual item....not a good value....

I feel that for the room price that there should have been a small complementary continental breakfast each day rather then being charges for each individual item. Sometimes you had to wait just for coffee because the one staff member on duty was helping someone at the front desk.

It’s always clean and the staff is very accommodating!

The property was excellent however we were surprised that there wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom and when we inquired we were told they don’t provide any longer! I would recommend adding to your website do that people are aware and provide their own!

clean new hotel. on route 10. easy in and out. room was big with wide desc and compy sofa. nice worm water in the sower

breakfast is additional pay, and you get almost nothing. coffee is not a free refill. the bagel was dry. definitely isn't worth the $$ spent. no microwave in the room. I have been charged 5 $ for parking per day, although Booking stated free parking.

Big hotel with ample facilities. Our suite was fully functional. We booked initially for 3 nights but left after one. And the hotel charged us for the shorter stay, rather than the linger stay we had booked for.

A little impersonal and empty in the lobby.

I like the hotel was close to my destination. the Bed was comfortable, the room opened to the garden which was nice it I had to stay longer.

My son mentioned he wanted to go to the bathroom in the lobby but it was not clean.

The Staff was friendly and gave me the option to be on the first floor since I was a smoker so I could go right out the balcony. Everything was very clean.

I have no complaints other than my deposit not being returned at check out but I know that's something the hotel has no control over. The bad is more firm than I'm used to but again nothing the hotel can control!

The receptionist and the front desk was such a sweetheart she was very friendly, very nice and very kind... Check-in was very easy and very simple the location of the facility is very convenient it's close to a CVS, Target, AutoZone, gas stations and other shopping areas that I can't really remember at this time... It was an expensive stay but it was definitely worth it...
