They had a laundry room. Only one washer/drier, but it worked great. The employee at check in was patient when the computers were glitching. We got it worked out. The pool looked inviting. The coffee was hot. The room service people were friendly and polite. Property was located near the major artery we needed and a direct shot to our flooded beach house.

Not a fan of the "hot breakfast." This is a problem across the industry, so not a deal breaker. Just not a fan of the sausage/egg disk. The biscuits were hard. The sausage and gravy was pretty tasty.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Comfy bed and plenty of soft white towels. Breakfast was ok for a quick bite before setting off early. Housekeeping staff very polite and friendly.

One front desk staff member could do with brushing up on his people skills training, he was quite abrupt and not very friendly. He managed a good morning but don't think I saw him smile once during our whole stay. VERY noisy and inconsiderate guests in adjacent rooms. Standing on balcony shouting, making telephone calls at all hours. Children running around the pool area late at night with no consideration for other guests. The same people/children were taking up several tables at breakfast and not eating breakfast, just sitting and talking so other guests were not able to sit for breakfast. Had to be careful where we walked outside of the room, reception & breakfast room - Duck poop everywhere!!

close to all you need , and the breakfast was good , and they were flexible with the the ending time of breakfast , they didn't start putting things away till way after 9

room was clean , but the floors were dirty and should be scrubbed , after the shower our feet got dirty quickly , when we ribbed a towel over the floor it came up black , we ended up putting towels all over the floor so we wouldn't step on it ...other than the floors everything was very clean

Overall a great 3 day stay. The last night I had some rude people above me from 12am to 2am. Called the front desk to ask for the situation to be dealt with after 2 hours of non stop banging with no answer. Luckily after beating on the ceiling a couple times the issue was resolved

Staff was rude fussing at other guests in front of a lobby full. Breakfast was half done and beds to hard

I loved the room, it was clean, smelled wonderful and I don't know what they used on the pillow cases but they smelled wonderful. I didn't try the breakfast but I'm sure it was good. The staff was nice and helpful.

the nightly noise, the rooms aren't sound proof (which is normal) but when you are trying to sleep it's disruptive. That's the only downside.

Value for money this was a great location. Any staff we encountered were very friendly & accommodating. Rooms had been renovated recently so that was a plus. Water for shower was nice and hot and lasted for a while.

Bathroom itself... toilet & shower were cramped. It also needed a little TLC in regards to fresh paint on the door and trim. Nothing crazy though.

Rooms were very clean and well equipped . Beds were very comfortable , bedding was spotless. Breakfast buffet was varied, well kept and served by a very nice, friendly lady.Didnt use swimming pool.

Hotel wAs a little dated from the outside, but otherwise it suited our needs very well. We only had one night so can't comment on other facilities.

Good location, beautiful pool area. Exercise room and breakfast room were above expectations.

Evening staff person was impolite and surly. Unpleasant and very unwilling to communicate.

If you are going to stay 3 days at least the cleaning staff may ask if you need new towels or the things for coffee or tea in your room.The never asked or went in 3 days.

The property was clean. Staff friendly. Quick check in and out. Pool appeared clean from looking at it from my room which was in front of it. Quiet.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable to me. We did sleep well however.
