The food (and service) at the blu violet was outstanding! That was one of the best meals I have ever eaten at any restaurant. Ever. The flavors were incredible. My daughter and I ordered all three desserts that were available because it would have been an insult to only pick 2. Also the valet service people were really friendly and helpful. Front staff was also. Also was a very fun and modern room. My daughter and I really enjoyed the room layout and view. But the food was over the top amazing.

Hip, clean, newish hotel steps from the pedestrian bridge right on the Providence River. Stylish, playful, and cozy room w/ a comfortable bed and bathroom. A big, flat-screen TV w/ free streaming platforms. Unique common areas and friendly staff. Our room was very quiet and we were able to park in a garage nearby (by the medical school) for just $10 for the night.

Very little. Including breakfast would have nice. The hotel was large and could have used more elevators. Also it would have been helpful to be able to adjust the temp in our room (we just couldn't figure it out but we could have asked the front desk). Finally housekeeping left an empty plastic water bottle by our coffeemaker. Minor issues overall however.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and modernly furnished. The furnishings looked new. The hotel had a good-sized lobby bar and there was an outdoor courtyard and roof bar. Great location! Garrahy Courthouse Parking Structure was 0.1 mi on Clifford St. and self-parking was $20. The Providence Innovation District Park and Providence River Walk are across the street from the hotel. The Remembrance Garden of Greater Providence is approximately 500 ft. and Memorial Park and RISD Museum is a 0.4 mi walk. Numerous restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Me and my husband came for WaterFire and stayed here. I really loved the vibe, it reminded me of Moxy which we've stayed at in Boston. There was a huge sitting area outside with tables/Umbrellas/and hammocks, there was also corn hole to play. The room was a nice size, we had a king bed which was very comfortable. the way the room was decorated was very retro and I loved it. It was 80's night when we were there so they had a huge movie screen out on the lawn to watch Back To The Future which I thought was cute. We went up top to the rooftop restaurant during the day just to take pictures and they let us thankfully, it was a nice view, next time I want to go when it's dark though. This hotel is in walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and bars. We parked at the parking garage they recommended on their website for only $20 for 24 hour parking which was awesome. The coffee was decent in the morning. Overall we liked this hotel and would definitely come back.

The staff was helpful. The view was nice. It is very close to the city center. There was a quite big gym. Free coffee in the morning. Roof top bar with very good drinks and a lovely barkeeper that is able to provide customized cocktails.

Missing facilities in my room (e.g. towles, shampoo etc.) but I got everything whenever I asked for it. My colleagues dind't have that problem, so it's probably a coincidence. No breakfast buffet, but there were snacks available to buy.

This is a modern and quirky hotel with lovely staff and a nice bar area too. Huge windows with a nice view and it also felt very secure. The beds were very comfortable too!

The room lacked storage, I was staying for almost a week so would have appreciated a few more hangars at least.

All the staff was very professional and accommodating! It started to snow when we arrived and the valet parking was prompt and efficient. The front desk agent was fantastic, I forget his name but he was working sat. Jan 20 at 3:30 pm- shout out to him. The property was so fun! Lots of unique wall Paper , a cool lobby bar & roof top bar. There was even a DJ playing in the lobby ! Very fun for a girls weekend!

I liked everything!

I liked the convenience of the location. The idea of a rooftop restaurant was ideal especially after a long travel day and if you are unfamiliar with the area.

I didn’t like that you could still hear trafffic from outside and that the rooms sounded hollow. Not entirely a lot of privacy, especially when sleeping.

A new. building set on the edge of the city. We were walking around the city on foot and everything was within easy reach. The rooftop gives a great view.

Everything was top class no faults. Staff amazing so helpful and upbeat.

Modern and cool decor. Location was perfect for walking around Providence.

Door handle in bathroom was broken and fell off when trying to slide the door closed. Also, the room had very minimal storage for clothing, only one very small chest of drawers. Also, the layout of the room made it seem smaller than it actually was.
