Hallways and stairs were clearly rarely vacuumed. Side doors didn't have functioning key readers for re-entry, very inconvenient.

No channel guide in room, lamp power outlets didn’t work.

Location. Women and older man that work there are nice and helpful. The younger man that was there over the holiday was very rude. They only give you toilet paper in the morning so don’t ask late at night.

Dirty carpets, homeless or people always out by front door

they don’t have continental breakfast they don’t clean rooms they don’t clean front lobby areas

they leave back doors propped open for illegal activity

.I didn't appreciate the staff not letting my boyfriend in the motel to come to the room. She was rude and then came to the room trying to charge me another 50 for a third person when there wasn't a 3rd person.I

Noisy guests. Seems like people live in the hotel. Did not like that.
