The room was very nice, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant has decent food. The area is very nice.

There was a windstorm while we were there which lead to a lot of sand flying. It is just the nature of the area in September. It is very exposed being right on the harbor inlet.

Location excellent, parking nearby, great views.

The twin beds are not suitable for couples. They were very small, max 80 cm wide and the beds move away from each other very easily leaving a space in the middle. Niet gezellig.

The Room was amazing with the view.

The breakfast is a disaster. Especially after 9.30 the organization is so bad, that there is barely any food left. The hotel even says themselves that you should go have breakfast before 9.30. So if they know already, I don’t understand why they don’t change anything about it.

We have booked a Jaccuzi Room, Jaccuzi is great and clean. Sea side view is also impressive. In 5th and 9th floors there are ice machines, also a highlight.

The only minus point is: the smart TV in room can be connected only with “Samsung” smartphone. Otherwise a laptop with HDMI cable is the only chance.

The hotel has a lovely location. From the eighth floor, we saw Scheveningen Harbour and were rewarded with witnessing marine traffic. The view extended beyond Kijkduin and Europoort; the sunsets were magnificent. If you are fit enough to walk some distance, the area has good seafood restaurants.

This is not a place for guests who have difficulty walking. The hotel has no parking site, and public transport has forgotten this corner of The Hague. Every outing implies hundreds of meters of walking. This is OK in good weather, but it might be problematic in a storm. The closest place we could park our car was Q park, some distance away, for 20 Euros a day.

Indoor swimming pool and spa excellent. Breakfast of an excellent quality and choice.

The location is great ! It’s quiet, close to the beach and the marina. The view from the room is very beautiful !

the organization of the breakfast in "time slots" I found a good solution to avoid a rush or queuing. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, tasty food... Also liked the fact that the restaurant spontaneously offered to finish the bottle of wine in the room if we were not to empty it at the dinner table. The staff was super friendly But what a view! those see view rooms are awesome.

Although the see-view room are nice, its a little pity that there are glass decorations on the outside that 'limit' the view. In the room we couldn't find cups, so having a coffee in a glass is not as 'tasty'. Otherwise, we struggled to cool down the room, no explanations on how to use the aircon system were available in the room. Sometimes, it took a while for a lift to become available -> either full or some waiting time.
