Our twin room was shared between myself and my grandmother. It was spacious enough for the two of us. The location of the hotel was good with bus stops nearby and on site parking. Both transport options utilized during our stay. Staff were very accommodating throughout our stay, going as far as to assist us when my grandmother's credit card was blocked.

The allowance for pets in the hotel resulted in some suspicious stains on the floor in our original room. (At least we hope it was the pets!) We brought this to the attention of staff and they were able to move us to another room without too much trouble.

Everything was excellent, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring The Hague. I would especially like to thank Tiffany for her hard work and support. I initially booked a room large enough to accommodate my whole family, but upon arrival, there was an issue, and the booking only covered half of my family. Tiffany quickly resolved this by providing two connecting rooms with the middle door open, ensuring we were all comfortably together. Much appreciated, Tiffany, great effort and outstanding support!

Unfortunately, there were a few downsides during our stay. Due to roadworks directly in front of the hotel, movement was difficult, requiring extra walking to reach buses, trams, and our car. Additionally, parking was problematic due to height restrictions it was challenging to fit our vehicle with the roof box. The breakfast area was overcrowded, although I understand it's peak season; however, the limited breakfast options could be improved in the future.

Big, clean and spacious rooms. Perfect and friendly staff, especially at the reception desk. Great view from rooms.

Breakfasts during "rush hour" esp. on Sunday was a bit poor, not varied. Also it was not possible to order something more i.e. omelette, because of those problems. For a 4 star hotel, one expects bit more. Apart from the breakfast problem - everything was fine.

We just spended one day here. Because they are making a road get to the ingang was a bit more difficult with wheelchair. But the special room for the disabbelity was really good. First time when my mother said that the room in a hotel perfect for her. Our room was also really nice. Everythings was clean. I loved the flatscreen tv with chromecast,we could watch own Netflix,Disney. Perfect. Personel was really nice and helpfull.

Was no restaurant in the hotel,just bar. So we ordered food from nearby. The breakfast was bit less than what we expected after the rewiews. But on the end we would love to come back if they are done with the road.

The breakfast wasn't exceptional, though quite good, . Very nice assortment of tea. The area around is underconstruction thus find an entrance were a challenge in the night. Good options to rent a bikes and good access to the city, multiple restaurants near by. As there were repair works, there were no traffic and the place were really quite.

There is only 2 elevators for 10 floors, once I have to wait for 10 minutes during the breakfast time. too few veggie options, the vegetables were not really fresh during breakfast.

This hotel provided a very convenient stay for myself and my partner. The gym was an added bonus which we didn’t even notice whilst booking and very much enjoyed in our short stay. The room itself was a good size and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities in the room and the staff whilst checking in were all very friendly and helpful. The location is also good where it is close enough to enjoy central.

The spotting of the front of the hotel is a little confusing but we accepted this was due to some works being done in the front of the hotel.

Comfortable and spacious room. Clean. Good shower. It’s not that far from the beach and a couple of interesting neighbourhoods are walkable, obviously very convenient for the conference centre. There are three good museums around the corner.

We stayed there due to friends living close by but this hotel is a fair distance from the centre. The nearest amenities are 15 minutes walk away. Very limited tea and coffee tray. Very surprisingly you had to pay extra to use their onsite gym.

I visited this hotel for the second time, so I already had a good idea of what to expect. It’s a really cozy place in an excellent location. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant downstairs has a nice selection of drinks and simple meals like pizza, panini, and nachos. They even have board games, which made for a fun evening with the kids. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the sea — even though it’s a few kilometers away, it was still beautiful to look at.

Close to the centre of Hague and close to the beach. Playground and attractions for kids within 15-20 minutes od walk. Nice and very polite hotel staff.

Restaurant in the hotel was relatively small for the number of guests present in the property (hotel was fully booked). Breakfast buffet was good, but very monotonous and based on frozen products. Preparations to NATO summit in a very close area to the hotel had some influence on movement around the hotel (road closures).

The location is central to all the supranational institutions in the vicinity. I like the place because it is very smart: self check-in, self check-out, self-service market. And I like the bar too, perfect for a chat with a few friends before going to sleep. Clean room and bathroom also very clean.

I didn't give full marks this time because I suffered a bit from the cold at night. I understand the prices of fossil fuels, the environment, climate change, but we're not in the hut in the Dolomites...
