The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and spacious with a good shower room. We liked the convenience of using your phone for all the doors and lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always available. The location was great, the No 17 tram stops right outside and takes you directly to the central train station. The local area was lovely with lots of nice cafes and reastaurants and a great street market nearby on Sundays. We hired bikes from the hotel and they were in good condition and good value with easy locks and gears.

Our only complaint was the breakfasts which we found too expensive and not very inviting so we gave them a miss and had breakfast in local cafes

This was a fabulous location! We quickly got the hang of the local tram system so we could easily get ourselves where ever we wanted. The local area is very artsy and creative and a great vibe. Lots of options for meals and barista coffee close by. The more we explored the amenities the hotel offered, the more we were impressed with the haven this hotel could be for travelers. It's not at all fancy, but staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the accommodation felt very safe and comfortable. i would happily stay there as a solo traveler too.

Rooms are kind of small for 2 people but it worked.

Good location and very nice that they offer on-site parking. The hotel is very close to some nice restaurants and coffee shops. Also walking distance to various museums; although, the tram is also nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and reasonably comfortable for a one-night stay. If you are staying for a longer period, you might find the room a bit small. In terms of value for money, I would highly recommend.

The digital key was not always convenient. It sometimes didn't work well if the wi-fi or 5G signal is weak. So best to keep the physical key card handy when you go out.

The hotel is located right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the historic old town. The Scheveningen beach district is only 3.5 km away, 15 minutes by bicycle. The Hague is a paradise for cyclists. The hotel rents out bicycles. Very friendly staff. Free coffee and tea in the hotel relaxation area; very cozy and inviting, and there are sightseeing books available that give lots of tips for an interesting. The Hotel have a parking lot, don't forget to make a reservation for your car. The Hague is not a paradise for car parking.!!!

Very nice room, though my single wasn't the biggest but it was big enough to open the suitcase and not trip over it all the time so that's nice. The shower floor in my room wasn't built properly as the water was flowing AWAY from the drain Showerhead was damaged Very expensive parking - 23 EUR per day, but at least it was available so that's nice Generally - the price for the night (over 150 EUR) was definitely on the higher side, the most expensive place of my trip so far. Was it worth it? Not really tbh. I also don't believe in those 3 stars

Everything was decent enough. I received my room card digitally which was fantastic as I arrived after 10 p.m., additionally I had an inquiry with NS and the staff was very helpful. Furthermore, they have rooms for a single person if you are traveling alone (something that's not that common, sadly) and the breakfast was plentiful (a block table with whatever you might want). The rooms are a little bit on the small side, but it's not a big deal as they have bigger common areas. Overall, even though it's a little bit further away from the central train station and the centre, it is worth it.

The free coffee and tea was nice, and there was even little pastries to accompany them. I liked being able to have a single room, and the location was ideal if you want to go to the center or even just take the tram to the beach. The staff was very helpful and the check-out time isn't too early (which helps when you had a late night haha). The book on The Hague in the room was also a nice touch and helped me figure out what I'd do during my stay.

Diana in the Reception was simply amazing! She looked at my requests prior to my arrival and she did the best to accommodate them. The check in interaction was very pleasant and I was explained all the facilities in the hotel. I worked from the hotel lounge which had great coffee with oat milk, water and snacks! The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are very clean and the maintainance is perfect. The location of the hotel is great because there are many restaurants, bars, coffee places and just a great area to walk around. All the people working in the hotel were very nice and friendly and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
