The rooms were spacious, city view and sea view are wonderful. The restaurant is service very tasty food, and the wine as well is at least ok. You can find parking for the car, unless you are really unlucky, also charging. Hotel's location is the best. The people at the reception deserve my praises, they do a really great job in assiting everyone with all sorts of problems.

This applies for August 2025 - the rooms and especially the bathrooms need to be refreshed. They are like 10 years old or maybe more, and so there are signes everywhere of the passing time.

The in-room facilities were exceptional. The breakfast spread was good. Everything was cozy, comfortable, and secure. Easy access to public transport made it good for planning travel around the city. Also, it is close to the Kunstmuseum and Omniversum.

The computer systems were down, which made the check-in and check-out process really slow. It took us multiple tries to order room service as no one was answering the call. We went on my birthday, and we informed the staff of the same. I was not looking for any freebies, but a birthday wishing call would be nice.

Good hotel, very comfy beds, abundant breakfast. Smooth check-in. Large bathroom. Hotel parking can be used for free for up to 30 mins which is convenient.

Service level could be improved, e.g. i had requested at the time of booking an extra bed in the room, it was confirmed in written, and it was still not there at checkin. They arranged it within an hour of arrival. Cleaning: the cleaning lady did not replace the toiletries at the sink (they had run out), she forgot a professional cleaning agent in the room, etc. it’s minor stuff, and most big hotels have such service level problems. Limited dining options inside the hotel and you need to drive to go to a restaurant outside.

Good breakfast, very good location

Some of the staff on receptions are not aligned on the answers they gave me, I've booked two rooms, and on checkins I specifically asked about possibility of refunds as one room could checkout earlier then it was planned, when I get that will be no problem and refund will be processes without any obstacles, but at the moment when I requested it several days after, its appeared that its not such simple task, as I was redirected to booking.com to clarify, and I spent half of the day to clarify this with booking support staff and then to explain it again to property reception.

Staff was nice. Rooms clean. Bathroom clean. TV big. There is a kettle with free coffee and tea available. Minibar empty so you can use it to store your stuff. It is close to the beach but not walking distance.

The room I got was at the very end near fire escape hallway. This is a problem when wind blows because it causes thunderstorm sounds and it is impossible to sleep. So pray that you don't get the room at the very end (room numbers x24 for example). Bathroom could be cleaner and a bit modernised (caulking re-worked), and I found 2 long hairs in the bathroom. They can't be mine as I am almost bald :-)

The staff at this property were absolutely exceptional! They were extremely attentive, kind, and accommodating. They gave my toddler daughter all kinds of goodies which she thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel even has a children's table in the lobby! The family studio was really cute and includes 1.5 bathrooms. The main (full) bathroom was really great and my daughter LOVED pretending to swim in the tub. The studio was more spacious than I thought and as spacious as I had hoped it would be at least. Most of the food was quite good. Again, every team member I encountered was absolutely top-tier. This property is also right next to the Omniversum. I recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

Inaccurate room service menu and several amenities in the room were nonfunctional like the desk lamp. The room phones were particularly horrible; it was nearly impossible to hear anything during calls for room service and it would stop working randomly. The pullout needed bedding upon arrival but it was sent to us immediately upon request.

The hotel was a great balance of modern and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Sarah deserves a special mention for being such a friendly and yet super professional staff member. This Marriot hotel really does the rest of the group proud!

My room was on the 8th floor and when I went to bed (early before 9pm) there was often loud noises from above, thumping and banging around. I don't know if they came from the gym or the lounge but it surprised me that on both nights I heard this.

Clean and comfortable room, breakfast was really good for those requirying a gluten free diet for medical reasons (I have Coeliac's) the serving staff were able to provide a good supply of gf bread and croissants both mornings, and items from the menu such as omlette were availble (all done with little fuss which is a bonus). Parking on site. Good tram service to town and the beach area with the nearest tram stop less then 10 mins walk away. Slight problem during check in, when I questioned if the upgrade that we had been offered by Booking.com, and paid for prior to arrival, was noted, the hotel said it hadn't been sent to them, fortutnately the hotel was able to support our request on this occassion.

No issues during our 2 night stay

Good and big family suite and access to the lounge. Thank you we all had good sleep quality!! Nice lobby area and bar. Nice location if you want to drive around Holland.

If you want to visit Haag hotel is bit far to the city center. Business lounge on the 9th floor should be better, but nice view. Parking is messy - how to get out was problem every time. Room was little bit dated especially bathroom. Hotel corridors are US gray too.

Great location and comfortable beds and room.

Mold on the grout of the bathtub, a half-stocked dusty coffee area when I arrived, zero cleaning agent or towels in the fitness room after asking three times, zero signage to tell you how to exit the property to get to a main tram line … it’s really blocked except one path that should have signs.
