The location of the hotel is perfect and walking distance to everything. The staff team all speak excellent English, are really friendly and exceptionally helpful we couldn’t have asked for more from them. The breakfast is very very good and of a high quality. The dining area is comfortable and clean and nicely furnished.

We were originally booked into room 34 which had a staircase linking the bedroom area with the bathroom which did not meet our needs. The staff team could not have done more to help us with this and were happy to change our room which we were grateful for.

A very beautiful and lovingly designed hotel with modern and clean rooms. We would come back again and again. The selection of free snacks and coffee/tea is also a nice touch. What stood out to me the most, however, was the friendliness of the staff. I lost something on my trip that holds great personal value to me. Although, unfortunately, it wasn't found, the hotel staff was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful throughout the process.

The room got a bit warm and it was not really possible to open the windows. However, this was acceptable for us

Cosy hotel outside of the city center with friendly staff and good breakfast. For a short stay the hotel room is big enough. The staff were really friendly. Bike rental possible.

The bathroom and toilet are separate from the sleeping area but still very much included into the room which doesn’t allow for much privacy if you’d be traveling with a friend instead of your partner. The shower nook had a half partition which allowed water splashes to escape to the rest of the (bath) room. I always like a small fridge but here it was a mini mini fridge that held 4 cans.

The room was great and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. We've received some welcome snacks and drinks in the room, with a handwritten note, which was overall a really nice touch. The location is great, walking distance or short tram connection to any of the city's key attractions.

Breakfast was really underwhelming and breakfast location is quite small and crammed. If we know this we would have booked without breakfast and enjoyed something in one of the many locations nearby. They should really invest more in this area as it was in high contrast with all the other great things they were offering.

The boutique hotel is located in a great district of The Hague. Quiet area of Archipelbuurt near to little cafes and shops where you can enjoy life as locals as this is not a typically touristic area. Yet super close to all important touristic attractions - walking or by bus 22 or tram 9 (both close walking distance) you can get to the city center as well as to the beach. The hotel is situated in a traditional old elegant Dutch house beautifully furnished combining classics, tradition and modern Dutch design. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great area downstairs for work, eating or meetings. Quiet and intimate. Comfortable room.

I stayed here for 6 nights for work when I was attending a conference as was so impressed with the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful - they gave me so much helpful advice on the local area, on renting a bike and making the stay very comfortable (thank you to Quinty, Dylan and Bridget for all your help). The hotel is in a quiet area that is a quick walk to some lovely streets of bars and cafes, and easy tram access to further afield. Lots of walks through woods nearby too. Even though I came here to be not too far from the World Forum conference centre, I'd certianly stay here again whether on work or on holiday - it was a peaceful place with a great breakfast too.

I extended a work trip by a couple of days to explore the area. This meant I stayed in another hotel first, paid for by my client, which gives me a point of comparrison. I much preferred Stadsvilla Hotel Mozaic Den Haag - a more laid back vibe with a dash of modern 'hugge' in the room styling. It was in the same area (literally five minutes walk up the road) and probably half the price, felt fresher and more genuine. There are some great independent shops and restaurants in the street next to the hotel and a supermarket behind it, so if you're on a budget there are plenty of options.

Reception feels a bit cramped, but that really feels like nit picking. The room itself was spacious and well designed -which I think is more important.

all staff were very friendly and very helpful. location was a quiet area with nice views. Breakfast was a decent selection (although could have done with a toaster for bread). beds were comfy and rooms were clean. While location was a long walk from the centre or the beach these were easily accessible with the very good tram network. Helpful guide book for the area was in rooms.

the bathrooms in the rooms were split for some reason, I.e. shower and sink were in different room than the toilet this means to wash your hands after using the toilet you had to leave the toilet room walk all around the bedroom to the shower sink room which seems bizarre. as with many modern hotels there was no drawers or cupboards meaning storing items in room was made more difficult.

Mozaic is little more than one kilometer from the city center, which suits me perfectly. Quiet neighbourhood and on the way to the center really good restaurants and cafes. Good have stayed much longer. Also coffee. cookies and licorice always availabe. For the price a real jewel.

Room was towards a busy street. Luckily traffic didn't disturb. Maybe they could have extra curtains to get room totally dark during the night-

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location was very handy to visit the seaside and also the city centre. Breakfast was also quite varied with very good dishes.

The bed was not a double bed but two single together. The room was not so cleaned overall. We booked last minute so the price of the room was overpriced for the quality of the facilities.
