Within walking distance / a tram away from the central station. There's a nearby huge park (Malieveld). The hotel interior is beautifully designed & equipped with enough facilities you'll need for a family stay. Towels, toiletries, and coffee tea etc were provided <3 There was a small umbrella renting machine at the front area. I was walking around the property and found the laundrette area at the basement, there were 4/5 machines but I didn't use them.
My stay would be flawless if only there's supermarkets nearby :)

Very nice place, it was clean. Great location, quite quarter and very near to the train station. Comfortable bed, even the sofa(-bed). The dishwasher we did not expect and we were happy to find about it. On the ground floor we found everything we needed (amenities like: dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, tea, coffee, … . On the ground floor there was even a coffee machine for take away coffee.
Unfortunately we did not get the pin code to access the hotel. We had to chat with bot, which was not really helpful. We could find any telephone number. At last we found it and woman picked it up and we solved our problem, but it was disapointing. Lot of stress just because their system failed. I have to mention that I did the online check-in and I filled in all the telephone numbers snd emails of the members of our group, but still we did not get any proper information.

I stayed at YAYS The Hague Willemspark by Numa with my son, and we really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped — having a kitchen with a dishwasher was especially convenient when traveling with a child. The Wi-Fi was stable, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable during warm days. We also really appreciated the laundry room in the building — it has modern washing machines and dryers, which made things so much easier. On the ground floor, there’s a cozy area with a coffee machine and tea, which was a nice touch and perfect for a little break while my son rested. The location is great: just a 15-minute walk from the train station and city center. There are tram stops, shops, and cafés nearby — everything is within easy reach. The neighborhood is quiet and green, which is important when traveling with kids. The staff was very kind and responsive. The only small downside was the lack of daily cleaning, but with the laundry facilities available, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, YAYS The Hague Willemspark by Numa is a great option for families visiting The Hague. We would definitely come back!

Everything! The property was almost right in front of the Dr. Kuyperstraat stop of line 9 of the tram so everything else around the city is accessible. It is the same tram we used to go to the shopping area (De Passage, De Bijenkorf, etc) and the beach (scheveningen). The property had everything we needed for cooking and washing our clothes. The property is also very generous with the essentials such as tissue, soap, towels, etc. If you plan on biking around the city, there is a Donkey Republic drop off point in front of the property which makes start and end of rental very convenient.
There weren't any big supermarkets near us. The closest one we went to was the Spar right across Den Haag Central. We would usually get our groceries from the Albert Heijn near De Bijenkorf.

The location was excellent and we were able to find loads of fab places to eat and drink locally, yet inside it was quite quiet. We liked the common entrance area for use by the residents and also the separate laundry facilities. All questions regarding the stay were answered super quickly by the management team.
The sofa bed squeaked and kept all 4 of us awake as a result. Unfortunately, the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned and prepared before our stay. The kitchen bin had not been emptied and there was lots of confetti under/in the sofa bed. Also, the shower gel in the shower was empty and it would have also been nice to provide soap in the separate toilet with sink.

+Location (900 m away from main train station) +Room has useful kitchen which contains self cooking equipment including pans, bowls, plates etc. +Coffee capsules are accessible any time +Additional bed for my toddler +Clean room
-Surface of steps, where we step on are short and unsafe for individuals -Elevator was not working throughout my stay, they did not even announced a finish date or reason for malfunction. A paper had been attached w/o any insight to customers. We had to climb dangerous/vertical stairs with my 3 yrs old kid and by carrying multiple bags

Compact, well-appointed apartment with lovely balcony looking onto a park. Had everything we needed. Clear communication and refills available on site. Easy walking to town centre and Central Station.
Our only gripe is that the photos of our room were different to what we got. In the room we had, there was no way around the main bed, other than using the separate doors which then meant trying to squeeze past a narrow gap between the kids on the sofa bed and the TV. Not easy to do and we are not big people.

This is an aparthotel , and we stayed there for two periods. In the second period we found out that the apartment we booked was smaller and not so good as the first one. The hotel is very well located and the facilities are good. Very easy to catch the tram. City center is in walking distance. Two blocks away, Antonio make some good pizzas. Supermarket is a bit far away, and there are not many places near were you can take your breakfast, so the better is do it yourself.
The first night there was a very kind lady at reception. She was there two more days, and never come back. We saw people at the reception sometimes, but as they do not use a uniform, one can not tell if they are employees or guest who are just doing something with their laptops. The hotel is kind of techno, so you must address all your issues online. For us, is a bit frustrating. Also, the hotel needs some repairs. We were left with the handle of the second floor door in hand quite a few times. The mattress should be more firm. The curtains didn't stop the light. There is much light in the dawn and is difficult to sleep.

Great price nice location Have Coffee machine in the lobby is very nice
They said there is no storage room, provided 10% off discount codes for other storage places which is far and only few options. Doesn’t help at all for people who ever need to leave luggage before check in or after check out. There was reviews says it used to have a storage room due to renovation or whatever it is, they don’t have it anymore, l had checked it before book the room, they said they don’t have any. I understand if they really removed it, but we found a big storage room with several lockers right next to the laundry room. Why does not let people use if you still have it? Could be alot helpful.

Clean and spacious enough, we got a crib for the toddler. Very much pleased with free laundry, WIFI very good to enable remote work, free coffee machine with good coffee at entrance. Good noise isolation, we did not hear tram or other guests, nice inside temperature (not too hot, not cold)
a parking would be good as public parkings are pretty expensive, small inconvenience of taking trash by yourself (plan some spare bags if stay for several days) and yes, sorry we could hardly stop our toddler playing with the small stones that were in the big pot with the palm (they were quite over the place in the end, sorry)
