It was a safe comfortable stay for us, thank you. When ever we needed something eg weighing scale,creamer, coffee etc was provided promptly. Hence it was a good stay.

We personally like European decor so a few elements would add more charm to the hotel,no offence to the modern theme though,thank you.

it’s a great location to easily get around regardless where you want to go. The staff are helpful and polite and go out of their to way to help you.

The first room had some problems with the bathroom, but after I addressed it with a member of staff, I was offered a new room, which was much better!

Everything was great. The personnel was amazing and the facilities were really good compared to other hotels double in price.

the wardrobe door was broken and there was a small leackage in the bathroom, but nothing that would cause great discomfort

The room was quite spacious and well furnished. Bathroom was also roomy and equipped with a tub, plus all the other amenities like hairdryer, shampoo, soap etc. Hotel has also payed parking in a closed courtyard. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

It was a privilege staying at the Fletcher Hotel.I enjoyed my room,the excellent buffet breakfast,,the helpfulness of its staff,and just being back in the Hague after 34 years.I also appreciated the closeness of this hotel to the Mesdag Art Collection and Mesdag Panorama.

Nice location, very friendly staff, I borrowed a iron and a board which was nice. Good water pressure, took nice showers.

I think the price was a bit on the high side, both for the room itself as for the breakfast

Administrator Aso is amazing,helphul and friendly always with smile. Room is clean,comfortable and modern. My advice if you are looking for comfort and pleasure for stay you have to choose Fletcher

the bed were 2 beds together under one cover. you could feel the line during the night.

Location is great. The staff was polite and helpful. The lady at breakfast was exceptional!!!

Some areas need renovating but it seems to be already happening
