Breakfast ingredients were very fresh and tasty . Lovely jams and croissants. Background music was lovely. Staff very pleasant. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well stocked. Beds very comfortable, pillows excellent. The area exceeded expectations, it was beautiful.

The bedroom was smaller than photos appear, we didn't realise two single beds would be attached to each other instead of being separate. The sound insulation was poor, if people were chatting outside, it sounded like they were inside our room and you can hear other people's toilets flushing. It was not expected to have to walk around the corner to a different building for breakfast, that was a little strange. I would have liked hot chocolate as a drink option and some fruit salad. One day the cows milk and oat milk were in the wrong places with their labels, which could be dangerous for an allergy sufferer. They need to be placed separately.

The room was comfortable, loved the garden, breakfast and the service. The night we arrived during a flash flood our room was inaccessible, but the hotel provided great hospitality with complimentary food and drinks. It was much appreciated.

We were in the end apartment of the annexe (101). It’s next to the big metal gate and it banged frequently. A softener/padding should be added or a different access system as not fair on guests in this room. In addition the room smelt a bit damp although it might have been due to a flash flood on arrival.

Nice hotel with a comfortable clean room. My son and I visited Paris for a PSG match. The location was superb within walking distance to the Parc des Prince so no issues getting home via a packed metro after the match. Speaking of metros, there were a few metro stations within a short walking distance. I enjoyed the quiet residential district the hotel was in. I have stayed in Paris before in the monmarte area but the hotel Botanist felt like it was located in a much safer area than monmarte especially when travelling with my 10 year old son

The only thing I didn't like was that our room was in a separate block from the main hotel but it wasn't really much of an issue

The location is in the Auteuil district so is not really within walking distance of a lot of the main tourist attractions of Paris. However, this makes it quieter, with space for a nice garden by the breakfast room and more reasonably priced. The garden would be amazing in spring & summer. It is right next to 2 different Metro stations which was very handy! Breakfast was a mix of continental and cooked (scrambled eggs & bacon only). Good value breakfast that included strong coffee in the price. Great staff that were really helpful. Reasonable sized rooms, good shower & coffee available in the room (pods). Disposable slippers in the room to keep feet warm on the wood floors. Lovely quiet area but with the Auteuil local shops only a street away.

It was a surprise to find our room was around the corner from the reception and breakfast room. It would be fine walking to breakfast in the summer but it was very cold early (below zero degrees celsius!) in the morning in winter. There are rooms available in the reception/breakfast building that you can stay in, but possibly a little more expensive? The request for a double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together. We do not like this but - it seems to be a very common practice in Europe so this comment is more slanted towards information for fellow travelers.

The property is very nice, new, and it is located in a very nice neighbourhood of Paris. You can easily walk to the Eiffel Tower, but if you do not like to walk there are 2 different tube lines that brings you everywhere in a very very short time. There is a very nice garden at the entrance of the hotel. I didn’t have the chance to enjoy as it was bad weather and cold, but in summertime must be lovely. The room has a very good size, is very confortable and it is super clean. It has very good toiletries and the soaps and shampoos smell amazing. The staff seems very friendly, but I was located in a different building so I was not able to see them very often.

The price of the breakfast. I think €15 is a bit too much for a breakfast.

the balcony door handle was broken and it was very difficult to close the door, therefore with lots of street noise during the night. also the 19€/person breakfast that was served in our room is way too expensive compared to what’s actually included. the service of the breakfast in our room was also very poor (no knife, no bread, no butter, just a teabag, etc…). I am disappointed they still charged me the 7€ beer that I took in the minibar. I was expecting a commercial gesture given the handle and breakfast issue (for a 360€/night room!)

Small boutique hotel, very quiet and clean. Located in convenient area, close to shops, restaurants, subway, tram, 35 min walk to Tour Eiffel. The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast, that I found with not so many options and same every day, no vegetables at all, only scrambled eggs, cheese, croissants, marmelade and some flakes.

Generally it was a very pleasant stay. We loved the atmosphere with the green garden and leafy balconies. Nice, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with sufficient variety, and polite staff.

The fact that I received at least four messages offering me transfer from and to the airport was not so nice. My room was a bit too crowded, I barely had access to the wardrobe. I had to insist to get access to an ironing machine in time - but overall it was a good hotel.

Friendly atmosphere and very good location if you like a calm area, tucked away from central Paris more busy streets, but still with good communications with 2 Metro-lines close by and restaurants within easy walking distance. Personnel extremely helpful in all situations, and a small thing like good wifi, with Chromecast capabilities for the TV, enabling you to stream your own programs was nice. Decent sized rooms and a small garden was a plus. Get to know the area by walking from the Hotel to Musee Marmottan Monet, a very nice walk to an amazing art museum.

Stylish and pretty, really cute design. Great location with truly Parisian vibes and well connected to all major sites by métro. Nice breakfast.

The room could have better soundproofing, we could hear when our neighbors tool shower. Also the door to the bathroom is rather a closet door and doesn’t insulate sounds very well.
