Every employee was incredibly helpful in explaining everything to me when I made certain requests considering my disability. The employees helped me acquire the complimentary breakfast to my table that was offered. In addition, I loved the shower head that was mounted above the ceiling because it was very simple to use as opposed to the other shower head, which requires a lot of finesse to keep steady.

The accessible rooms were smaller than I had anticipated because I had trouble getting around in my electric wheelchair, especially in the corridor where changing directions was difficult.

I loved that the hotel was set in a community and not just in a row with other hotels. It was great seeing the people in the community as they went to work and school and going about their daily lives. You feel like you're involved in the local life. I loved that everything was modern and clean, and I really enjoyed having the Juliet balcony access so I could stand out there and watch the people go by. I really liked that there was a steamer in my room, and I did use it. The staff were always polite and most of them were very helpful. I especially want to commend Nelson who did so much for us when we first got there.

I found the shower to be kind of quirky and on the first morning I couldn't figure out how to get it running so I actually called down to the front desk and they sent up somebody to show me how to do it. I also didn't care for the light in the shower going out at times while you were in there. The shower itself was nice and big.

The staff were exceptional, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, so friendly and willing to help. The room was really comfortable and felt fresh and light. The bathroom, in particular, was brilliant (the shower was fantastic)! The location was very handy and even though it was in quite a busy area, you wouldn't have known it, the room itself was very quiet.

It would have been lovely to have had a pool area (but I believe that's coming soon).

Extremely comfortable hotel very near Barcelona Sants station, great for train arrival from the airport and ongoing train travel. But otherwise not a great location for enjoying Barcelona. We took Ubers and taxis most places. The standard of comfort within the hotel is very high, geared to American expectations we felt.

This is a brand new hotel just across the Sants train station. The room were spacious, with comfy beds and super clean. The stuff was extremely friendly. Though quite far from the city centre, the I enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood.

The main problem for me was the noise level. In my first two nights I had a room at the first floor, facing the street and traffic noise very early in the morning was tough (with earplugs). I later asked and was moved to backroom facing the inner-courtyard, which isn't that nice, but at least I had a perfect sleep. If you're a light sleeper, defiantly ask for a back room.

The staff were amazing! The second me and my sister entered the hotel we had a friendly welcome from the staff. All the staff were helpful and kind. The room we booked was exceptional. It was always cleaned, fresh towels were constantly provided and staff and room service were always a call away.

Hotel was really beautiful, cozy and clean. Staff helpfull and we enjoyed our stay here a lot. The lady at the desk gave us rooms close each other so our family could be together. We decided to have breakfasts and diners at the hotel and the meals were delicious.

Very nice quaint hotel, hidden away from the busy parts of Barcelona but still close enough to the attractions.Also a couple minutes walk to the Train station . The rooms are clean and the staff were really friendly. Especially Miki who was very attentive and helpful.

Only slight issue was with the television, very large TV for hotel standard but was unable to connect it to my phone/device in the evenings. Shame to have a smart TV and not be able to use it for anything other than Spanish cable.

Nice, small hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and modern. Convenient location, very safe area and right next to the big train station with plenty of Metro connections.

Clean, bright and new hotel within mins of the train station. Exceptionally professional and forthcoming staff. Good breakfast selection.

There was a bit of a chemical smell in the bathroom but it didn’t make it into the room. Basic wifi is free but when you’re planning on watching movies or having video calls, you need to purchase additional faster wifi.
