Spacious, amazingly clean hotel beautifully laid out, with staff who bend over backwards to assist. Corridors and lifts smelt divine. Very nice rooftop pool, hot tub and gym. Excellent room facilities with beautifully soft bedding and comfortable mattresses. Water and fruit provided in room. Very very ample buffet breakfast with Egg chef for personalised egg dishes - waffles to fried eggs. Cheaper than a London hotel room with toiletries and a very good bathroom. And all at a very competitive price.

Very little not to like. If I was being picky, room had faint smell of previous occupant smoking but not enough to want to change room.

We prefer a real douche iso douche into a bad ......... First week coffee machine was terrible slow but was replaced with a better and quicker one . Less possibility to take bus or no metro avaialble , no real beach boulevard around hotel for a nice walk Dangerous road to walk around hotel

The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. Breakfast was nice and good choices. Mamara spa was very good.

Very dark rooms , Would be more beautiful if the rooms are bright and white or light furniture. The beach access was not available due to work being carried out. Also no prayer mat in 1 bed apartment .

I liked the warm feeling we had at our arrival and the welcoming atmosphere the staff had established with great hospitality. If you found Yuden at the reception desk, then your day will go smoothly and fast. She is professional and so caring.

It was fine. The location was pretty good and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

these guys knownhow to make breakfast i can tell u that

u cant sit on the beach and have a coffe unless u have the buffet gym is so old i only had seen these types of equment on old bodybuilders on youtube in the 90s so its bad the swimming pool is small and the water is half clear check for me was only allawed at 3 oclock and they said they will call me when the room is ready but they didnt u have to pay a deposit of 20 kd for minibar and u cant request to empty it beforhand other hotels were really easy chicking in and out (like for ex : (alkout beach hotel) i had better experience overall there

The Hotel is clean,rooms are spacious, comfortable bed. staff are very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was beyond expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very far from Kuwait City. But you can ask for taxi and if you have your own car it’s ok.

Great Hotel and Quiet. Perfect location with a great view of the sea. The suite was clean and spacious. Staff were really kind and helpful. Would definitely be back.

I would appreciate if there was at least one socket in the living room to charge my phone. Other than that, it was all amazing.

Firstly, Arabic Coffee is served while checking-in! Ms. Jovelyn at the reception is wonderful along with other staff. Breakfast is superb and they should maintain the variety and quality in my opinion. Very clean hotel with staff ready to offer help.

Electrical outlets in the table where I can work with my laptop - there's almost none (which is surprising). Checked the lampshade area where I can connect my cellphone charger - also none. There's one along the wall just a foot from the floor (probably for the vacuum cleaner)

two things: 1- I can hear what is going on at next room, sound isolation is not very good. 2- the hotel was not flexible when I asked for just one hour more at check out. Check out time is 12 noon, and asked it to be at 13:00 but wasn’t really accepted by the hotel, it was Friday prayer time and was forced to check out earlier than 12 just because the hotel wasn’t flexible. when I asked for manager to talk to him , they said he is not available , and won’t be until 2 pm.

It's a high-class hotel near to the beach with good space for barking.

We booked for me and two children, and then they asked for extra charges for an extra bed 18 KD.. the should provide free. There is no car parking service as it's 5 stars.
