Spacious, amazingly clean hotel beautifully laid out, with staff who bend over backwards to assist. Corridors and lifts smelt divine. Very nice rooftop pool, hot tub and gym. Excellent room facilities with beautifully soft bedding and comfortable mattresses. Water and fruit provided in room. Very very ample buffet breakfast with Egg chef for personalised egg dishes - waffles to fried eggs. Cheaper than a London hotel room with toiletries and a very good bathroom. And all at a very competitive price.

Very little not to like. If I was being picky, room had faint smell of previous occupant smoking but not enough to want to change room.

Everything was more than perfect

Frankly, I was quite surprised by the tone of the calls I received regarding the bathrobe. My nanny, who is new and unfamiliar with hotel policies, took it by mistake without realizing it was not allowed. There was clearly no ill intent or attempt to keep it. I find it unnecessary and inappropriate to immediately threaten a charge without first allowing a chance for clarification. We are, of course, returning the item, but I do hope future situations will be handled with more professionalism and understanding.

The Staff in general were helpful all the way specially jovelyn was great assistance also with fast checkout procedures without delaying us

some stuff were missing from the room like hair dryer and cockwares which should not happen but the staff were helpful and they provided it immediately so i don't think its much since it got provided

Plenty of choise for breakfast possibility , availability of swimming pool and gym . Big rooms . Restaurant available at hotel itself Friendly personal

We prefer a real douche iso douche into a bad ......... First week coffee machine was terrible slow but was replaced with a better and quicker one . Less possibility to take bus or no metro avaialble , no real beach boulevard around hotel for a nice walk Dangerous road to walk around hotel

The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. Breakfast was nice and good choices. Mamara spa was very good.

Very dark rooms , Would be more beautiful if the rooms are bright and white or light furniture. The beach access was not available due to work being carried out. Also no prayer mat in 1 bed apartment .

I liked the warm feeling we had at our arrival and the welcoming atmosphere the staff had established with great hospitality. If you found Yuden at the reception desk, then your day will go smoothly and fast. She is professional and so caring.

It was fine. The location was pretty good and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

u cant sit on the beach and have a coffe unless u have the buffet gym is so old i only had seen these types of equment on old bodybuilders on youtube in the 90s so its bad the swimming pool is small and the water is half clear check for me was only allawed at 3 oclock and they said they will call me when the room is ready but they didnt u have to pay a deposit of 20 kd for minibar and u cant request to empty it beforhand other hotels were really easy chicking in and out (like for ex : (alkout beach hotel) i had better experience overall there

I recommend replacing the parquet flooring in the rooms with ceramic instead.

The Hotel is clean,rooms are spacious, comfortable bed. staff are very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was beyond expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very far from Kuwait City. But you can ask for taxi and if you have your own car it’s ok.

Great Hotel and Quiet. Perfect location with a great view of the sea. The suite was clean and spacious. Staff were really kind and helpful. Would definitely be back.

I would appreciate if there was at least one socket in the living room to charge my phone. Other than that, it was all amazing.
