AS always, this place is great! The breakfast is the best in the city - so much choice, it would blow your mind! The rooms are good. This time we did have to complain, as we were above some renovations that were being done on the floor below. I did complain, and the reception quickly offered us a new room, and with a free up-grade. Of course, that made us very happy! The location is great - with Globus supermarket opposite, and lots of coffee shops nearby. Easy access to buses going into the very centre of town too.

I know that my husband was disappointed that there was no sauna (I seem to remember seeing a picture on the site). He did use the fitness room though. Apart from the renovation noise, no other complaints at all!

I don't even know where to start to express how comfortable and pleasant my stay at Garden Hotel was! I have stayed at over 50 hotels in more than 20 countries and I can tell you this hotel knows how to make guests happy and their stay enjoyable. Spacious rooms, great facilities and helpful staff. And the breakfast deserves its own praise. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and every day there were many new dishes and options (just check out the photos on Google reviews and Booking allows only 4 pictures).

The bed was extremely comfortable and offered a great night's sleep. The bathroom and bedroom were spotlessly clean and hotel staff were most helpful and friendly. The mini fridge was temptingly 'overstocked'. A safe is also available in bedrooms and I rather liked the weighing scales too!

I had hoped someone might check if I wanted anything else to eat or drink with my evening meal but it seemed hard to get anyone's attention in the restaurant.

Overall the Hotel was awesome. The staff is incredibly professional. The room was nice and clean. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was huge. Loads of different foods, it pretty much caters for everyone. To be honest from the Reception staff to the Cleaners everybody was amazing.

Great value and friendly staff. They dismissed my cancellation charges on 2 different occasions, so I really appreciated this. The staff also ordered taxi transfers for me to the post office and airport. It is located across the street from an ATM and grocery store which is a great place to buy snacks and any other needed supplies. The large breakfast offers a variety of foods, including pizza, sushi, fish and desserts.

It is far from the main attractions in Bishkek. You’ll need a taxi.

The service is exceptional with the staff being friendly and helpful whenever we needed help. The wide variety of breakfast options are both delicious and filling. The room we had was more than what we expected and we had a very comfortable stay 🤩🙌🏼

The cleanness of the rooms and daily room tidying

the breakfast staff always buy with their phones and the tables are unclean with dirty dishes or cups from previous guests, dining area is small. I suggest adding labels to the food as the staff don’t speak English and can’t explain what dish is displayed!

I would rate the hotel 3 stars by western standards. The lobby is a bit nicer than the rooms. The staff were all excellent and hospitable. The breakfast was very good overall.

I was charged more for the room upon arrival than stated on Booking.com. I was also charged more for the airport transfer than quoted by the hotel. Both amounts were relatively small, but more than just a difference in exchange rates.

The hotel is very modern and clean with friendly and helpful staff who can speak good English at reception. The breakfast is very good and the dishes offered change every day. The hotel is filled with lots of amusing decorations including a life-sized horse with a lamp protruding from its head which made me laugh every time I walked past it!
