I loved staying here. At the beginning I thought it was going to be far from the center of town but they have a car and driver that can take you to town and back whenever you want. They also can pick you up from the train station. Amazing service! Staff was very nice, specially Aja the driver that we had those days (not sure how to write his name). The room was clean, mattress and bedsheets very comfortable, the bathroom was very big with a nice bath.

You cannot pay by card unfortunately

Kind nice staff, the driver is a very nice person helped me to go center and to a local restaurant and also gave me a free ride to supermarket. He ll give you advices on where to go and main attractions also the hotel offer free kayaking The hotel is still new and well equipped

Need to improve the breakfast

Great people, beautiful place with a great garden and a nice view on the river. They went to great lengths to help my old mom and accommodate our vegetarian regime.

Location was out of town, not much around for food in the evening. Breakfast could have had a menu.

It’s on the river Khan and quiet. The staff is very very nice & helpful. He offer me free ride/ pickup between the airport/ the town center and the train station.

It’s a bit far from town, but for the price you pay and all the assistance the hotel give me the location is no longer a problem.

Good location by the Nam Khan River, great view. The staff are very friendly and supportive. I thought I booked the river view bungalow but it turned out to be the garden view. The staff was very nice to move me to the river view one. Spacious room with large bath room. Free car to take the guests to the city center anytime. They have dogs.

Limited services. Looks like they reduce the staff and sevices during low season. Breakfast is served at 8am, very late, with limited choices (noodle or croissant). There's nothing at the resort to enjoy if you want to spend the whole day there. No restaurant, no coffee, no lunch, no dinner. They did not clean my room despite the "please clean the room" sign I hung on the front door.

Room and bathroom were very nice, the whole resort was very beautiful.

The staff were lovely but communication was a little bit difficult as their English was not very good. There is a riverside bar that is not part of the resort which was playing pop music in the morning. The room was not made up / towels not changed despite us indicating that we would like the room made up.
