@The location was great, in the heart of the town, easy to get around, and the morning market right on the doorstep. @ the beds so comfortable And clean. @the staff so friendly and helpful. @ the wifi is connected to the smart TV. Excellent wifi in the bedroom. @ Big bonus was Stunning mountains views at the balcony sooo beautiful in the morning and The sunset. @ the breakfast was simple but great value for the price. Highly recommended for the tourist who have the lower budget. You’re get everything you need in the simple way.

The bed sheets and the towels should be up to date.

The view from the balcony was amazing, lovely sunset looking over the mountains. Being able to see all the hot air balloons and paramotors every night was definitely a bonus. We got the family room for 5 people and it was spacious and comfortable for all of us. It is close to the centre of town and was easy to walk to the Food court for dinner or to the rental buggies outside of town. The morning market is also in the same street which was nice to walk around in the morning. Next Day Laundry service was also good and at a good price.

Breakfast is not quite what the family was hoping for. The self service buffet does not have attractive options though the eggs were ok.

The customer service was exceptional! Heman really made our stay - he was so friendly and nothing was too much for him. The rooms were large, we had access to a communal balcony with stunning views as well as our own private balcony. The location was really great!

The main draw to booking this place was the pool, but sadly it wasn't in a state for us to be able to use it. It was well over 35 degrees during our three nights there so it would have been lovely! There were also only a couple of power outlets so we had to charge our phones by the front door and bathroom. There was also a bit of a gap in our door to the balcony so bugs kept coming in.

The mountain view was lovely. With a proper care this hotel could be made perfect. It was convenient to rent a motorbike from the reception for 24 hours and book minivan tickets. Very good location close to everything but also felt relaxing (although we could hear music from some place nearby until the midnight so we had to sleep with earplugs for an early start).

Room was not deep cleaned for a long time. Linen and mattress protectors is very dated and stained. AC filter was full of dust. The breakfast was very disappointing. We are not picky and I don't think it is difficult to make a proper simple banana pancake or a noodle soup but what we got looked like someone made food as a joke and was inedible.

I booked this hotel after a horrible night in a hostel, so I was very happy to have a private room to myself for a few nights. The room was big and clean. Also handy that there is a fridge! The staff was friendly and happy to help you if you have questions. The breakfast was basic, but fine!

I did not use the pool myself. It is located across the street from the hotel. I think it is shared with another accommodation and it is not shielded from the street. This did not appeal to me personally.

The property is a 2 star….but it’s comfortable clean and in an excellent location… the staff can not do enough to help and make your stay perfect…. They booked our tour…caves, kayaking, zip wire and lagoon amazing! Booked our train to Luang Prabang for us whilst we were out all day and made us aware of the restrictions of prohibited items on the train and got them transported via road for us…. Even got up early today to make sure we had breakfast before we left for early train You have to eat at Victors restaurant food is the best!!! Turn left out of hotel Half way down the road on right

We had a big family room on the second floor (room 301) with a beautiful view of the mountains and sunset. There was no need to look for a sunset spot as it was enough to sit on our balcony and admire balloons flying during sunset hour. Room was spacious. We had hot water - some reviewers stated they didn’t have. Breakfast was ok but keep in mind that boiled eggs are almost raw. Hotel is situated in a perfect place in a backpackers area . I think it is the best street to be.

Booked a room with a mountain view for a little more and it was worth it. Amazing view! The staff was allways very friendly and helpful booking tours. Breakfast is simple (eggs to your choice, toast, margarine, jam, watermelon, instant coffee, tea) but sufficient. Quiet location just in the morning market street, but near all bars and restaurants.

The small pool was used by two hotels, there where just two sunbeds and no other possibility to lay down. So relaxing at the pool in the sun was not possible. Even though booking requested a payment in local currency at the hotel in the booking confirmation, the hotel requested USD when I arrived. For paying in KIP the conversion rate was 10% worse then elsewhere. This is really an issue!

I originally booked 1 night and stayed for 4 nights. The view from my room looking out to the mountains was awesome. My room was comfortable with aircon, fan, hot water, double bed and a TV which i never turned on. The staff were always happy and nice to talk with. The breakfast was nice, banana pancakes and egg omelets were my favorite. I rented a motorbike through the hotel, and also booked my return bus from the hotel to Vientiane. The location is great, walkable distance to everywhere, its not a big town. I got an upgrade as they needed to do some work in the bathroom, very nice room with a balcony to watch the hot air balloons.

The breakfast was ok, I didnt use the pool as it was across the street and in full view of all passers by. The staff were nice and spoke good English.
