We booked last minute and got a great deal. The room was awesome and very large, and the bathroom and shower were great. Literally across the street from the airport entrance too.

This hotel is in a building above a Chinese bank. Unsurprisingly, there were a lot of Chinese guests (not sure if Chinese owned). We are westerners, and during breakfast, the staff were photographing us without our permission and several staff members just seemed like they were there to watch us. When my buddy went into the gym, they again were photographing him without his permission. He asked them to stop, so they went away briefly, and then returned without the camera. Given the situation, we didn't feel like asking to speak to management would be worth the effort, so just checked out sooner than we would have. Great hotel, but if you are a westerner who does not appreciate Chinese surveillance, maybe look somewhere else...

On the same floor there is a convenient store. • Breakfast offers a variety of Asian dishes, including noodles, porridge, and made-to-order omelets. • Also includes a selection of fruits, drinks, and coffee. <Staff> • Extremely kind and helpful, especially during check-in. <Payment and Fees> • 3% commission fee for card payments, standard across Laos. • Paying in cash is more economical. • Nearby ATMs charge around 20,000 Kip (approximately $1) per withdrawal. <Proximity to City Center> • about a 15-minute drive. • Ideal for short stays or travelers who value large, clean, and comfortable accommodations. • Due to the hotel’s size and amenities, it’s a great option for those who prefer staying in a spacious place and then touring the city.

I didn't like about the Shuttle Service when I was booking I request the Shuttle van to pick me up at the airport when I arrived and that is the main reason I book this Hotel just because it's closer airport and free shuttle but somehow when I arrived there is no one were there and I call the hotel they told me to wait for and wait call again he told me the same thing wait there someone will be there I was waiting from 7:30pm until 8:30pm I just give up after call 3 times so I have to pay my own money to get there Taxi cost me 100,000 Kit just short trip , I think it bad service

Great location you can walk there after landing in 10 min. They also have a free shuttle. Very nice staff, fine breakfast and large room. Fitness center was ok but not great

Breakfast is ok especially considering they will make omelette and eggs to order. All hot vegetables were mixed with meat, even the rice congee seemed to be a meat broth. But they had lettuce and a few other things for salad. Fitness room could be in better repair but better than average

Great value. You can walk to airport (we walked there to miss traffic jam). They drove us their in morning in very luxurious car. Weird hotel as on top of bank but fantastic value and very nice. We walked down Mekong in the evening for great supper at riverside cafe. No one spoke English but great food and a lot of fun

The location is ideal if you need to access the airport, the staff could not have done more to make our stay comfortable and even took us to the airport in the morning. The room was stunning and a very good value for money. Wouldn't stay here to explore the city as it is slightly further out.

Great location next to the airport and within a relative walking distance to the restaurants near the Mekong river. Despite the small distance they offer a free ride to the airport terminal building.

We all enjoyed our stay while the staff was so nice and kind. The breakfast buffet was delicious and I enjoyed the view of the mekhong river while having my morning coffee. We will definitely be back!

Hotel room service doesn’t work after 10 o’clock; maybe if you come late, it’s better to eat outside and come.

Perfect location for an overnight stay if you're changing planes in Vientiane. Very good service, nice restaurant, quiet... everything the way it should be.
