The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious and clean and the swimming pool is nice. I also like that, there are free laundry facilities in the communal area, so you can do your laundry myself.

The only downside is the quality of housekeeping. They forgot to clean my room two days in a row, and even on the days they came, they always forgot to provide somethings, like toilet paper, water etc., so I ended up having to call the reception almost everyday.

Great to stay for longer. Serviced apartment style with all the essentials. Washing machines and driers free for use, which was great. Super flexible cleaning services, accommodating to our schedule, even in the evenings.

No major complaints, only minor observations: the pool area could be a bit more comfy (more shade, more seats) and the gym equipment could do with an update.

Clean and spacious family suite, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location - it's just 5-10 minutes away from modern department store, bars and restaurants (we used LOCA app which makes your moving within Vientiane much more comfortable and cheaper). A very special and many thanks to the manager of the hotel! We had a power outage of the whole district where the hotel is located due to the rain and the manager solved our problem quickly and exactly as we expected, the power outage was not under the hotel control but they acted professionally so my family is satisfied.

Breakfast could be better

Size and layout of a very large room with 2 beds and 2 baths plus kitchenette made for a very comfortable 5-night stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Great swimming pool.

Wifi poor to non existent was a large frustration - hotel indicated a replacemet was not shcedule until the end of the month, so in the meantime all that was available was a limited number of wifi dongles which were of very limited use.

Great room. Big , clean , well maintained . Good breakfast . Very good swimming pool . Very comfortable beds .

Some aspects could improve : tennis equipment available for their tennis court, towels a bit old , free shuttle bus instead of charging for it ( airport is very near) .

The fully services apartment hotel was very pleasant to stay after 2 years of pandemic break. Nothing changed and I can only recommend this place if you want to stay in a walking distance of 10 minutes from nice restaurants along the Mekong. The pool area is also very pleasant. The apartment hotel is also conveniently located close to the city center with the presidential palace about 25 minutes away on foot. A little supermarket is around the corner towards the Crown Plaza hotel. I usually do not book breakfast for my stays in this place and would recommend to eat on weekends in those little charming places close to the Mekong like Danno's. In the evenings when too lazy after work to go out alone or in case of rain I sometimes ordered food through delivery services.

Very well run. Staff efficient and helpful. Property very clean, housekeeping came every day. Laundry room available free of charge with washing machine and dryer. Good choice at breakfast. 24hr visible security.

Too many flies/mosquito when sitting outside at breakfast. No on site bar/restaurant.

Reception let us check in early

Only about 6 sun loungers for a massive brilliant pool and not one umbrella in 40 degree heat, this was poor on behalf of the hotel to not have enough loungers and not one umbrella.

Our apartment was fantastic loved my walk in wardrobe (2 bedroom apartment) great 25m pool, Not the warmest but you get used to it after a couple of minutes, Good location to get anywhere, Vientiane is very laid back with lots of temples and pagodas to explore (Plenty of bars too) Very cheap too.
