Amazing new hotel. Enormous room. The best shower I ever had - a simple mechanism for controlling three parts of the shower. The most effective and quietest aircon in any hotel in the world. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Four bottles of water given and not the usual two. Great views. Rooftop bar nice.

The snickers in the room bar and other snacks are a little overpriced! The room service French fries were a rather small portion for the price and a bit cold on arrival. The pillows were very high - there could be an alternative pillow service for a lower pillow (to avoid neck problems in the morning).

It is a new hotel, with beautiful views of the river and excellent staff. The room was spacious. The ladies at check-in are very kind and efficient, staff at the restaurant are also very polite. Has a nice pool and a rooftop bar where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Internet was ok, I could make calls without issues, although it tended to disconnect every now and then for a few seconds/minute.

The pillows were not good, very hard. The shower drain was clogged and water would go out in the bathroom if I took a longer shower. Gym is quite small, although it looks big on pictures. Breakfast can be more varied - in particular for an oats and yogurt breakfast. For dinner, restaurant food is a bit bland.

Excellent service from all staff, from reception to breakfast and the Stella Bar. The hotel has a great location with a beautiful river view. I had hoped for a room with a river view, but I still enjoyed the stunning scenery from the Stella Bar. Highly recommend trying the signature cocktails at the rooftop Stella Bar—each one is a delight! The Thai manager and her team are exceptionally welcoming, and the food, both at breakfast and at the Stella Bar, is fantastic. I will definitely visit again!

The room was excellent - clean, comfortable, well equipped for working, and with a very good shower. I was working at the Mekong River Commission, which was less than a 5 minute stroll away.

The breakfast was disappointing. Some of the food (the freshly cooked eggs) were good, but a lot of it (e.g. the bread and pastries) tasted bland and tired, as though they had been left standing too long.

Plush new property, conveniently located right opposite the night market. Comfortable rooms with courteous staff. Breakfast is nice with ample options, however as a premier property can have few more dishes. Their spa and other restaurants were not functional so not exactly any choices.

The cleaning of washrooms was sub par and didn’t feel too hygienic.

The choices for breakfast were excellent. The quality of the food and presentation was above average. My overall impression was big hotel standards of service and cleanliness, and impressively cheerful, friendly, and helpful staff.

Neither my family nor can fault the hotel on the experience of this visit.

Large spacious rooms, clean modern bathrooms, bed and linen like sleeping on clouds. Stunning infinity pool area to relax and watch the sunset. Excellent buffet breakfast with wide range and coffee bar.

The staff were amazing. Professional, eager to help. Made me feel genuinely welcome. Facilities were excellent. Spectacular views of the Mekong. Rooftop bar was a highlight. Great value for money.

This is by far the best hotel in this city. There is nothing else that matches this level of quality. If you’re coming to the capital of Laos, this is the only good choice for you.
